Julian was very transparent in his communication. I found it really easy to understand everything he discussed with me. Fair pricing and phenomenal work I will be calling him for my next project and definitely Recommend him to everyone.

If you are looking to design your dream kitchen, this is the place. Julian holds his company to the highest of standards and makes sure all aspects of a project are taken care of. Deciding to renovate our kitchen was a big decision and he was able make my vision came to life as well as answer my hundreds of questions. Julian had the perfect balance of communication, efficiency and integrity throughout the entire process which is something I truly appreciated. I’m beyond grateful for my experience with Son of an Irishman and I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen.

Very disappointed. He came to our home (late but we were very understanding for his personal reasons as to why) and was there for a good amount of time and even had great conversation with us! Everything sounded wonderful and we were truly excited about the project and working with him because he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We were told we'd hear from him in a day or two because we needed a rough quote for the loan officer, but 4 days later we still hadn't heard a thing! When we addressed our concerns with him, we were met with excuses and not even a hint of, let me make this right. I couldn't help but get the feeling he didn't care about our project or our time. I truly think he hadn't given our meeting a second thought after he left. Something tells me no work was done on our quote. I would have been apologizing up and down the wall and telling the client, I will absolutely get you that information today, give me a few hours and you'll have it but that never happened. I almost got the feeling he found the call amusing as he chuckled several times. We honestly feel completely forgotten and can't help but think we wasted our time and efforts. Now we have to spend time looking elsewhere because he clearly doesn't want our business. Maybe our project was too much for him and he didn't know how to admit it and thought we would just go away. At the end of the day, it's his loss because we were prepared to spend 65k on this project. We're going to contact Powell & Son's and see if they want our money. ;) If you read this and still decide to contact him, I hope for your sake, he was just having a brain fart with our project, and you have a better experience then we did! GOOD LUCK!!!

Julian was absolutely wonderful to work with! He saw our vision and helped us achieve it flawlessly. He openly communicated with us every step of the way, left no questions unanswered, made sure the project was done in a timely manner, and was thorough. We absolutely want to work with him again on future projects in our home.

I regret feeling the need to share this negative review about Julian's bathroom project services. Initially, our experience with Julian was positive; however, it has taken a disappointing turn, and I feel compelled to warn others about our recent ordeal.

Julian commenced work on our bathroom project before Thanksgiving, and for most of the time up until December 30th, everything progressed smoothly. Any setbacks that were encountered were quickly addressed and the quality of work was commendable. The subcontractors he employed for the tiling aspect of the job were amazing. I was so satisfied that I even recommended his services on Nextdoor, a recommendation I've since retracted.

When it came to the crucial aspect of cabinetry, which was supposed to be his specialty, Julian vanished without a trace. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to him via various communication channels—texts, phone calls, and emails—we've received no communication for six weeks. It's not just the lack of a completed bathroom that is problematic; it's the absence of any acknowledgment or updates on the project's status. We've paid for work that remains incomplete, leaving us with a beautiful shower but no sink or vanity, rendering the bathroom unusable.

We've extended multiple opportunities for Julian to rectify the situation, but to no avail. At this point, all we seek is a basic level of communication and a reasonable timeline for project completion. If Julian were to reach out to us within the next few days with a realistic plan and subsequently fulfill it, I'd be willing to remove this review.

In summary, while Julian initially demonstrated competence and reliability, his subsequent lack of communication and failure to complete the project have left us deeply dissatisfied. Potential clients should be wary of engaging his services.

We had a bathroom emergency at the Rhea County Community Center (RC3). Called Julian on Friday he and his crew showed up on Saturday. They installed our partitions in one day! Amazing

Julian is the kind of person you can feel comfortable with in your home. He does an exceptional job listening to your project needs, understanding what you want, and translating that into a solid vision. His bids and design work are the best out of any contractor I have worked with here in Chattanooga.

He provides detailed scope of work information, a nice visual design for you to see, and fair transparent pricing.

Julian took on the brunt of the work for our bathroom remodel — from carpentry to plumbing to electrical. He maintained clear, open communication the entire time and made the process smooth for us. We’d happily work with him again.

They were not dependable. I waited and never received a call back and a no show.

This man took a check for the second half of the repair 2749 and held that check for 3 months until I forgot about it then deposited it right before Christmas and has screwed my bank account up royally.

Radiant did a great job on my son's house, we had to get the roof replaced to close the sale of the home, Scheduled and completed in one week and the job was excellent, and reasonable.

It was a real pleasure to work with Neil and his team replacing my roof. It was affordable, quality and timely. Highly recommend.

We have used this company several times - once to do a re-repair on some plumbing vent boots after the first company’s fix did not hold. More recently we had a leak through the soffit which they identified and repaired quickly. They are quick to respond, got the job done right the first time, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

A friend of ours suggested Radiant Roofing when it was time to change our roof out. My family and I couldn't be happier with the services we received in changing out our roof with Radiant Roofing. Neil and his team were on time, ready to go and super quick! We had our roof changed out in 1 day, we were amazed! Neil is also affordable and will help pick out the right color shingle for your roof. We went with his shingle suggestion and couldn't be happier that we did. They do excellent, quality work!

Neil and his team replaced my roof and also installed new gutters with gutter guards. The results look great and he was fair on price. He recommended a different color than I was originally going with and I am glad I took his advice. It looks great!

We had a mysterious intermittent leak. Nobody else was able to identify and fix the problem, but Josh at Embark did. He's also just a nice guy. We'll be using Embark going forward for any plumbing services needed.

We have used Embark for two separate major home projects. One was time sensitive, and it was done on time and on budget. Embark is a professional, honest, and quality organization, and we would never use anyone else.

Embark remodeled our basement. The project included finishing a bedroom (framing, electrical, the whole bit), upgrading a bathroom from 1/2 to full by adding a shower and expanding the size of the bathroom, including moving a wall and plumbing. They also designed a custom railing for the staircase to the basement and painted the entire living area + new construction areas. Their price was thousands less than competitors, including some who told us they didn't even know if they could get the shower into the space necessarily. They were patient during the bidding process and professional on the job. We would use them again without hesitation.
