Constraction reviews in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Good luck speaking with Sheila in payroll. One of the rudest encounters I’ve had. She is so “busy” she will be outright disrespectful to someone for doing what’s supposed to be her job.

These men are working so hard in this Louisiana heat and humidity. Thanks to them, our electricity was back on within days of Hurricane Ida causing destruction to our electrical service. Thanks again for helping us get back on our feet.

Me and my company worked along side with them with loader and dozers in North Texas ice storm they are the hardest working and nicest people you could work with and there man in charge Jeff hunt is the nicest top rated guy they could have to represent that company. Thanks for everything they did for perryton texas and all surrounding towns.

I have never had any work done by Service Electric, nor will I ever, or ever recommend them for anything. The employees that I have experienced are some of the most thoughtless, rude, and disrespectful people I have met. Several members of their crew have rented rooms in the same hotel as me. The first day they were here they drank for 12 hours straight on the back of the company truck. This is the routine for these workers. Work until 5 p.m., drink until midnight, then get up at 5 a.m. and go wire electricity for people. Unfortunately these workers like to use my window sill as their "bar". I hear them over my a.c. and t.v. The owners of the hotel asked them not to stand in front of my window and drink, but one said he liked to stand there and drink and he wouldn't move. I've been concerned that they might like to try to look in my window and stare at my 4 year old daughter. One employee doesn't mind yelling about his sexual experiences for all in the parking lot to hear. Anyone thinking of hiring this company beware.

Very inconsiderate drivers on the road. Do these guys need cdls? If they don’t, they need to retake a drivers Ed course. Not allowing people in and out of lanes and driving and unsafe speeds both fast and slow. This was observed in Massachusetts after the snow storm

SWLA was hit hard by Hurricane Laura recently and these men were here the following day! They have been working above and beyond in extreme heat while having to travel 4 hours every day round trip to be in a hotel with electricity. Couldn't have asked for more caring people! They even cared about my 2 year old who become obsessed with watching them. We have received power after 11 days and they are still working in the extreme heat to continue to rebuild what has been destroyed. So truly blessed with how professional and hard working they are!

Hey! You guys were working in metro ATL one of your crews came to my house, parked in my driveway and swapped out a transformer on a power pole. Both of the guys were awesome. So friendly that my Daughter and I watched when they were doing and even asked a few questions. Great couple of guys and the transformer swap took less than 20 minutes.

I live in south Oklahoma City. Your crews sent here to Oklahoma to restore power is awesome and amazing. I watched them work tirelessly to provide power to my neighborhood. So thank you, thank you, thank you. This morning I got to have coffee in my own home thanks to their efforts. I have had no power since October 26, so I am so very grateful for them. I pray now for their safe return to their own homes and families. With extreme gratitude. Nannette Fanning.

Thank you for restoring my power in Bradenton, FL, after Hurricane Ian! We appreciate your sacrifice so much!!!

Service Electric Company stopped to check on a low-hanging phone/fiber line which was causing the road to be closed. They were not called out and were just on the way to a job nearby, but still stopped to help, and re-attached the line. They cleared the road closure in minutes when it would have taken days for the service provider to respond.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all who are in Florida right now helping restore our electric services. A crew from your company restored my service in Valrico last night. My aunt and cousins live in Chattanooga ! A nice coincidence that you were the ones in my neighborhood. It is hard work, long days and you are away from your homes and families to help us…I cannot say thank you enough! Jenny Qualey Roberts

I got to interact with a few members of the crew when they came up to Michigan after some severe weather knocked out power to a few hundred thousand homes and businesses. They were all friendly, worked fast, and fixed our issue.
I'd happily have paid for their services.
Thank you so much from a sweaty, happy woman! -
I live on burnt hickory road in cartersville georgia. Had 3 power poles fall in a storm and they have worked there heart out from about 8pm to 3am to restore power. Wonderful hard working company!!

Very horrible driver I’m a truck driver and this guy can’t use his signal to get inside the lane and almost made me hit him. Horrible!! Safety first pls we all driving use ur signal and drive safe damn
-
absolutely awful. they gave no warning to cutting power, they lie about knocking on doors to let you know (i have a ring camera so i would know), they gave a 30 minute or less estimate after i called and complained. it’s been 3 and a half hours and still no power/heat. i’m located in michigan and the real feel is 8 degrees outside. leaving 1 star cause it doesn’t give me an option to put zero.

They have always been professional and orderly on their Pensacola work. They maintain a very safety oriented work area and have full time traffic monitoring to avoid danger to themselves and the public.
-
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright moronic people working for this company. From the lady answering the phone calling me names for asking for service interruption timelines to the man named Scott who was blowing cigarette smoke in my face in MY OWN YARD. We will be starting a petition for DTE and Ann Arbors government to drop this contract and I can guarantee it will gain traction based on the horror stories I’ve heard from neighbors.

Hauling rocks without the load secured, damaging cars and people swerving all over the freeway with broken windshields. If they are that careless with their vehicles, what can you expect of their work?
We have an excellent EMC where I live. Going to talk to my friends on the board and ensure we never use these jerks for anything. Will get the police involved if possible. Service Electric needs to understand everyone has cameras on their cars and not think they can get away with causing thousands of dollars in damage when they negligently and dangerously operate on our freeways. -
