The utter disregard of the Service Electric of Chattanooga crews for the neighborhoods they work in, the disrespect by employees shown to residents, is a poor recommended for utilities seeking to work with a trusted utility contractor. A crew from this company came into Eastern Kentucky to help restore power..These men came into the hazard area specifically Busy, Butterfly area and worked their tails off for 2 straight days with Temps close to 100 degrees and got my electric turned back on..I hope they know how much we appreciate them for all they did..

I appreciate that the workers worked through the night till1:30 in the morning but the next day a couple of my neighbors woke up later than usual because of the long awaited time but our concern is we have had three outages within the last two weeks and we don't understand how half of our apartments along with the office power never goes out but ours do what's so difference in our apartments power and the right side of the other apartments it's getting to be too much three times in three weeks it's a bit too much
