This company is a complete sham. The basement and crawl space were supposed to be sealed off, and we found out after a very expensive bill, that they did the entire project wrong. I wish we had gone with ANY other company, as this has been a nightmare.

Jason and his crew were very courteous and professional. Took time to answer all my questions and gave opportunity to view encap and new pump after job completion. Looks great would recommend Master Services

Representative was great, explained process very well and arranged a date for installation that was very close. Technicians arrived on time, neatly dressed and got right to installing the system. I was amazed they could complete the work in 1 day.

Crew showed up on time. They were friendly, polite and worked diligently to complete the project. They took photos and videos of their process. At this point I am very pleased. I have used them in the past and will again in the future should I have any additional problems.

Recently, Lee Santiago from Master Services came to do a yearly service on my basement products. He was very personable and helpful. He did a great job verifying that all of my Master Services products were performing correctly and shared detailed pictures and information about each system. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone in the future.

Three guys showed up to do the installation and all seemed to understand their job very well. Great communications and pictures to explain the situation and the final completion. Promptly on time and left everything looking great. Could not have asked for a better group of guys to do what was needed. I would highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

Everyone was very polite and professional from the sales process to the end of the job. Our pool deck concrete was repaired well and at a timely matter. We are excited to get our pool season started! :)

Experienced. Professional. They came in. Did it. Cleaned up. Got out. What more can you ask for. We won't know if the work was effectual until a huge storm, but hopefully it all works.

The Master Services installation crew led by Austin was professional and efficient. They completed the work quicker than expected and, after installation removed all the excess material from the work area.

Always apprehensive when spending money. The sales person, Michael Spitaletto was so easy going, not pushy, and good sense of humor. Explanation of all work and current pictures of my crawlspace. Yuck. He did not pressure me in any way! The two installation technicians, Scott Rowe and Allen Keaton were so informative and thorough and kept me in the loop as the project progressed that I actually am glad I had the project done! I can't say enough about those dudes! Phone and text communication from office was spot on, with zero issues. The electrians showed up two days later to connect dehumidifier power. Again excellent work. Explaining everything. Project complete and I'm glad I did it! Money well spent.

Master services came to Encapsulate my crawlspace and they did a wonderful job 10 out of 10 I would recommend

Had 3 separate companies quote a foundation job I needed and Master Services was the better option. Fair pricing and all my questions were answered. I knew the plan and what to expect. Scott & his crew, Babie & Tyler Smith were all great to deal with.

Sorry Master Services. I called your service first and you transfered me to a sister company becouse, you do not service our area. That I understand.
Your sister company made an appointment with me and confirmed it Friday with a text. Saturday Master Services sent a text stating inspection to be canceled. Sunday your sister company text me canceling Mondays appointment also. Monday I call the sister company to confirm the inspection and I was told no appointment has ever been made and they do not service my area either and wanted to transfer me to another sister company.
I think not.
I canceled a trip to Fla. and spent my entire rainy Monday at the site waiting for a simple inspection and quote on a new construction.
I will not be using these 2 companies.

Jamie was outstanding - always responded to my questions - came back out to address an issue. Collin made good on site decisions. I would suggest using large tablets for pictures of completed work rather than phones where images are difficult to see. Also, sending the pictures of the completed work to the customer. Hoping the dehumidifier is as efficient as everyone says!

Great company. Very professional and the communication was top notch. The install looks Amazing also. Will refer them to anybody who needs crawlspace or foundation work.

Master Foundation was an awesome company from beginning to end!
