I had water damage in my bathroom.
And my plumber referred these guys out to come, take a look at the extent of the damage. The technicians (jacob and wesley) were very thorough, and insightful as to what the next steps would be in helping me through the insurance claims process!

I’m undergoing a huge project and when the unexpected happened, Serclean was there for my family during the entire incident. Respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I really cannot say enough good things about Serclean. They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me dry out my kitchen after my dishwasher’s supply line began leaking everywhere. Their quick response kept me from having damage on my hardwood floors. We had an excellent experience with Steven Coburn from Master Services. His level of expertise and depth of knowledge were immediately apparent—he was able to clearly explain not just what was going on, but why, and what the best solutions would be. It gave us a lot of confidence that we were in capable hands.

What really set Steven apart was his approach. He took his time, never rushed the appointment, and made sure we fully understood everything. He patiently answered all of our questions in detail and made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable.

Tyler came out to look over our driveway cracks and give an estimate to stabilize and repair. He was very informative, personable, and no hard sell sales tactics. We were highly impressed and definitely will have them do the job.

Fantastic service, hard-working crew, cleanup was unbelievable!! I just had Alfred, Andy, and Jeremy complete a huge basement project. I was so nervous to have it done, sort of dreading it. I could not be happier with the quality of the work; these guys knew what they were doing. Totally recommend Master Foundation based on the results thanks to this knowledgeable and hard-working crew.

On Tuesday Alfred, Andy, and Jeromy did the encapsulation on our crawl space. They were a hard working team and they did an outstanding job , it looks so great. These three guys were also very friendly and took time to answer all of our questions. I think Masters is very fortunate to have men like this as employees. We just spent about 25 minutes in the crawl space admiring the place.
The men ( I think Dave was one of them) who did the treatment on the wood also did an outstanding job. The wood looks like it is brand new. Again I want to say both teams did outstanding work. Thank you guys.

Spent over $13,000 on basement sealing, and a month later there are puddles of water in the basement. Let's see what they do to take care of the mess they created.

The guys arrived promptly on the day of installation, the job was completed quickly and efficiently with no left.

The work performed was great. We are happy with the final stage. Appreciate everything that Master Services has done.
