We are so happy with our experience working with Rondon Construction. Our new house is beautiful; it's filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design is not only beautiful but also incredibly energy-efficient, which has made a noticeable difference in our utility bills. Even after closing, Claudio has been readily available to answer any questions we have.

Met with Claudio at our home for an estimate to completely remodel our master bath in early November, gave him full set of architectural plans, even updated plans a week or so later, and then never heard back. I tried to communicate for updates and received multiple excuses about holidays and vacations, we weren’t in a hurry so that was fine. Come February, we’ve just been ignored and decided to let everyone know about our experience. A simple “this doesn’t fit our profile”, “we’re just too busy”, or “we are not interested” would really save us a lot of time and let us move onto other contractors who may want the work. We just don’t understand why he would drag it out without any sort of update or refusal, to let it linger feels very irresponsible from a business standpoint and leads us to believe working with Rondon would not be a good experience.

First of all horrible prices.
Second of all the old dude in the grey toyota tundra needs too learn how too drive.

Absolutely recommend these guys. We’ve had different crews over the years and I’d rate C&R at the top. They were on time and cleaned up after every work day. Some of the decking ended up being more intricate than the estimate we agreed on. Most contractors would add that to the bill, but not Robert and Caleb. They stayed true to their word and that’s rare in the industry. Lastly, extremely solid work and craftsmanship. They will be back soon for more projects.
