Jeff and his company took care of our home after we had a house fire. I decided to go with Concord because they came highly recommended from a very trusted friend. The quality of their work was excellent and our home is now in better condition than it was prior to the fire. We are beyond pleased with the outcome and if given the choice would choose them again. Jeff is a trustworthy person and will stand behind his company’s work. Being able to trust someone to do quality work in my home was first priority. Thank you Concord and Jeff!!

For custom home builds I would recommend Concord Homes for their quality and dependability!!

I am writing this review from the viewpoint of another contractor. I grew up with Jeff, he has always been a stand up guy. He stands behind his work. Concord values quality, which is rare these days. Jeff is an honest man, with solid working values.

I would recommend Concord for your custom home build. Great customer service with great people to work with.

We contracted with Concord Construction to partially remodel kitchen, gut and remodel master bath (includes adding a window, custom his/her vanity, add large walk-in shower and freestanding tub), gut and redesign a section of an already finished basement (custom bar back, custom table, and custom bar top with reclaimed wood), and enclose an existing covered patio. We're about 85% thru with all the big items being done. Finishing details are all that remain. Jeff helped with all the design and the project manager, Victor, was extremely responsive as we changed a few details after project start but it all came together nicely. The sub contractors they use are as solid as their own guys (shout out to James who made the custom bar top!). One of the subs, Wicked Wood, is fantastic and the vanities, bar back, and table (in photo) look fantastic. I recommend using Concord if you're looking for quality, design assistance, and that personal touch which is important on big $$ jobs.

We never thought we'd be using the words "enjoyable" and "bathroom remodel" in the same sentence. However, that's what the experience with Concord was for our recent bathroom remodel (and kitchen refresh).

Jeff Hanson and his team are professional, competent, talented, and transparent. Jake, Project Manager, and Kaylee, Design, were a joy to work with. They were able to translate what was in our minds into bathroom renovation reality. We are so pleased with the outcome!

From the very beginning, communication was great and there was appropriate guidance on best practices but never overtaking our wants, tastes, needs, or budget. When minor issues came up, they were dealt with promptly and did not occur again.

At every step, we felt comfortable leaving our home in their hands trusting they had our best interests at heart. They were a great partner through this process and projects. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I've had the privilege of seeing multiple homes built by Concord and the quality is outstanding. I'll be building in the near future and I'll definitely trust Concord for my next project.

I met with Jeff from Concord Builders and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. It was very refreshing to converse with someone as compassionate about construction being done properly as he is. We walked through a few of his active projects and he opened my eyes to points of detail and nuances that I never thought of but made all the sense in the world once he brought them to light. You want a build done with integrity, this is your crew!
