Jeff Hanson is a great man - a man of integrity, true to his word and most importantly, the type of guy that is 'in your corner'. With all of this being said, I cannot recommend him enough.

These guys tore down a staircase for us. And rebuilt it. I like it so much better. It looks awesome.
They were very professional. Attentive. Responded quickly. And were responsibly priced.
I felt like they had everything under control. We did have an issue with the water heater. ( They had to take it out to do the job)
They put it back and plugged it up. But it wasn't heating our water.
BUT no worries. Nothing they did wrong. Came back on a SUNDAY to figure out what was wrong with it.
Bam! Fixed. Just had to push the rest button. ( Something I wished I could've done)
I will definitely use them again.

Jeff Hanson and his crew replaced our double front doors and installed new doors which required enlarging the entry way because of the size of the replacement doors. My wife and I are totally satisfied with his work and the attention that he gives to details.

After finding our basement flooded due to the torrential rains -- Concord Construction was our rescue! They took care of the wet carpet and padding; they cut out the sheetrock that was damaged and replaced it. They did a superb job with laying the new flooring that looks so good now and the painting was flawless. They will definitely be doing other work that we need taken care of and I will continue to recommend them to others.

After encountering some significant water damage to my home while I was on vacation I was lucky to find Concord construction. The service they provide was excellent. They always showed up promptly and as promised. They gave me an estimate completion date which they met even with the multiple changes I made. They took extreme measures to make sure the work was completed to a standard even higher than my own. When I had a question or concern they quickly responded. There was also the added benefit of having a designer, Dawn Travis, who helped me translate my vision into a reality. The end result was a beautiful new kitchen, basement, and bathroom that I absolutely love. I am so grateful to Jeff and Sean for helping me navigate through this project and I look forward to working with them again.

We decided we needed a garage added to our home. Jeff and Shaun have done an amazing job giving us exactly what we wanted. Jeff came out talked with us and built our dream garage. We loved working with them so much we now have them doing work to the house. I definitely recommend them!!

We hired Concord to take over a job that a previous contractor had started and basically shafted us to prep groundwork for a detached garage, install a retaining wall and then pour a slab for the garage. Jeff and Shaun did an excellent job of not only taking over the job but also providing a better retaining wall than what was originally planned. They dealt with challenges along the way with professionalism and let us know the plans as things unfolded. If anything could go wrong, it did with this project, but Concord helped us prevail! We will definitely be calling on them again for help with some future ideas now that we have a group we can trust to do it right!

I cannot emphasize enough how much we would recommend Concord Homes to anyone that is looking for a top quality and extremely trustworthy contractor. We recently had Concord Homes build a deck extension and install 16 foot sliding Pella French Doors in our living room. Not only is the quality of work extremely high, but working with Jeff and everyone involved in our projects was an absolute pleasure. Jeff is honest and trustworthy, and we knew that we were receiving nothing but the absolute best service and quality of work. I can say with cerntainty that we will continue to work with Jeff and Concord Homes for any future projects that we have.

We had a tight timeline for several projects and Jeff created a plan to get it all done within three weeks of us closing on our new house. He had a vacation mid-project and Shaun Lawson took over. Jeff and Shaun were both really great to work with.

In addition to building a complicated fence on a rough, sloped terrain, they turned the back of a tandem garage into a man-cave. This room required building a wall, adding flooring, adding a split AC/heating unit, electrical outlets, and painting. They also did a lot of painting, replaced two toilets for us and built in a doggie door on our screened in porch. Every one of our multiple projects was done in a high quality manner.

Jeff and Shaun were timely and responsive to our calls and patient when I changed my mind——several times. I can highly recommend Concord Construction. We’re grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. Plus, they are really nice people. We will definitely be calling them when we need more work done in the future.

I have always wanted a beautiful covered patio space with a beautiful brick fireplace and I expressed that to Jeff and Jeff and his team made that dream come true! Our covered outdoor patio is more than we could’ve dreamed of, Jeff and his team are so detail oriented that it seems everything is just perfect! Jeff and his team with Concord Homes were fantastic. We loved that they were a one stop shop. They met all our needs to repairing I-Beams, plumbing in our bath, mold remediation, and replacing some main breakers. They were very professional and kept us informed as the jobs went along. They were always on time and cleaned up all mess when they completed the jobs. Also Stephanie was fantastic as well. Any questions my husband or I had she answered them.
