Southern Grove completed an addition of a two car garage to my existing garage. The effort provided us with covered parking for three cars and a workshop.

Southern Grove is a true one-stop-shop provider. Our process started with a team member completing the plans/drawings of our project for permitting and HOA approval requirements. A fair bid and proposed timeline was provided upon completion of the drawings.

The construction effort was managed daily by our on-site project manager. I was truly impressed that the project manner was responsive to all requests and concerns noted throughout the effort. Our construction site remaind clean throught the process and was completed, above expectation, on time and budget.

I highly recommend Southern Grove Construction and will utilize their services for our future interior remodeling needs.

Southern Grove Construction is all about quality work, and Adam Hoover is all about producing the finished product that the customer wants. We had our aging deck removed and replaced with a newer, sturdier version; but I wanted to retain the existing roof over the screened portion of the deck because it was in good shape and would be the most expensive part to replace. Adam figured out how to build a new screened porch and deck under the existing roof. It’s what we wanted, and it looks amazing. Adam and everybody on his team were great to work with, and he has my unconditional recommendation.

Wonderful experience with Southern Grove Construction. Adam was a huge help with design and feeling such a connection with what we wanted. Matt is truly amazing with roofing. Have had issues in past with leaks due to so many roof lines and he corrected our problems no more issues. Southern Grove Construction has been extremely reliable in every interaction I’ve had with them. I’m in the process of preparing for a remodel and SGC was the first company to submit their bid. It was also the most detailed bid, so I could understand exactly what I would be paying for.

SGC also partnered with the Knights of Columbus to build a wheelchair ramp for a low-income community member undergoing an amputation. KofC helped raise some of the funds, and SGC built the ramp and donated funds. This really showed a willingness to give back to the community. The ramp is a work of fine craftsmanship and is built in four different sections to allow the amputee easy access to the driveway from his front door.

SGC has also expressed interest in helping Spring Creek Elementary, a Title 1, high-needs school, improve their facilities. This further demonstrates that SGC is not only reliable, but they have a drive to improve our community.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam Hoover at Southern Grove Construction. As a loan officer, I can say he was extremely responsive in submitting everything needed to get approval from our construction department. Not only did I enjoy working with him on the lending side, but I saw how much his clients trusted him and were happy working with him as well. Southern Grove Construction was the best company I have ever dealt with for a home improvement project. They replaced a 40ft deck and added so much value to our home. I made changes along the way and Adam worked with me on all of them. They even represented me at our historic commission meeting to approve the design. I get positive comments on my the deck often. We are so happy with our experience working with Rondon Construction. Our new house is beautiful; it's filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design is not only beautiful but also incredibly energy-efficient, which has made a noticeable difference in our utility bills. Even after closing, Claudio has been readily available to answer any questions we have.

Met with Claudio at our home for an estimate to completely remodel our master bath in early November, gave him full set of architectural plans, even updated plans a week or so later, and then never heard back. I tried to communicate for updates and received multiple excuses about holidays and vacations, we weren’t in a hurry so that was fine. Come February, we’ve just been ignored and decided to let everyone know about our experience. A simple “this doesn’t fit our profile”, “we’re just too busy”, or “we are not interested” would really save us a lot of time and let us move onto other contractors who may want the work. We just don’t understand why he would drag it out without any sort of update or refusal, to let it linger feels very irresponsible from a business standpoint and leads us to believe working with Rondon would not be a good experience.
