If you're looking for a responsive business that returns your calls and follows up with answers to your questions, then this one is NOT it. My partner and I have been needing work done on our front door because it's falling off from the rest of the wall and frame. We both called Embark on multiple occasions to set up a consultation, and it was such a hassle to get someone to pick up the phone. When someone did pick up the phone, we were told over and over again that someone would give us a call back to set a date for the consultation and no one ever did. It was only after my partner and I kept calling and expressed our disappointment at the lack of quality customer service that someone actually returned our call. When a person finally showed up to take a look at our door, they told us we'd receive a quote within a matter of days. It has since been over a month and we have yet to receive any kind of follow up from Embark. Meanwhile, our door problem continues to get worse. We've tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt given that we just got through the holidays, but this whole process with us reaching out and trying to set up a consultation and get a quote has been going on since the fall of 2022. I really hate that this has been our experience. My hope is that if they keep track of their reviews they'll finally take cases like ours seriously.

I could go on and on, but we are so glad we used Embark for our total kitchen remodel! We’ve used a cheaper remodeling company in the past but had to deal with unsatisfactory work, bad attitudes and them just cutting corners and not doing what we asked. Not so with Embark!! From the planning stages with Jonathan, to the very last detail, Embark aims to please. We want to thank Dan, Jonathan, Trish, James, Jim,Jimmy, Dakota, Gabe, Josh, Chris, Gizmo and all the others I can’t remember right now, for making our beautiful kitchen dream come true! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!!

The crew can do everything from plumbing to electrical, soup to nuts. And they do an Awesome job. Everyone really knows what they're doing at this company and stuff is scheduled Quick. There's a reason they have such great reviews. If you're building or just need handyman work, call them.

We had a kitchen remodel performed by Embark. We were impressed during the planning phase with the fact they took the time to collaborate us with us during every step of the renovation. They took our ideas and made suggestions that ended up with a superior design.
At the end of the project we were also very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. We will certainly use Embark Project Services again for our future projects.

I have used Embark on 3 separate occasions and have been extremely happy every time. My latest project included a room addition, hardwood flooring, new vinyl siding, new HVAC and a screened-in deck. All look great! Their crews are very professional and the office staff made making payments easy.

Totally redid the shower, walls, floor and pipes and we could not be happier with the work they did. Embark Project Services is a company you can trust. They completed a remodeling project for us that included our kitchen, hardwood floors, and half bath. This company takes pride in their work and have skilled professionals on staff. They helped us resign our kitchen and worked to make sure we stayed within budget. They arrived on time daily and left our home clean. I was most impressed with their communication during the project. They respond quickly to phones calls, emails, and text messages. I would recommend Embark Project Services, and I look forward to working with them on future home improvement projects.

I hired Embark Project Services to perform a fairly significant amount of work for my parents’ home. They had a pipe bust on the lower level and it ruined ceilings, walls and carpets in several rooms. Embark did an excellent job to communicate with us and get things back to normal efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent. They are trustworthy (which means so much when hiring for your family). They are fair and very professional. Stephen was a joy to work with and I have been able to get to know him well through this process. Thanks guys for restoring normalcy and for going above and beyond.

These guys do superb work, and they are highly ethical and responsive. It was not their fault that a supplier took 14 weeks to provide cabinets. In 35 years of doing renovation projects, no company has done better work than Embark, and no company has been more up-front, honest, and demanding of themselves.

The only issue to consider is time. They were not fast. Our project was in three pieces, and relatively small. The original timeline was 8-10 weeks. It took 22 weeks to finish. The cabinet dealys ate up much of that time, but it seemed coordinating the pieces of the job was difficult.

I recommend them, especially Gizmo and Sam, who deserve mention for their spectacular work and great manners.

My only suggestion is to establish a timeline from the start, and perhaps to include performance bonuses or other incentives to make sure a job goes smoothly.

In very other way this company is very, very superior, and I like and respect them.

Embark Project Services both built our house and returned two years later to finish our basement. We also hired them to handle a kitchen renovation for an elderly relative. This company is an absolute pleasure to work with. They work quickly and efficiently with an attention to quality and detail. They also provide exceptional customer service. They return phone calls/emails quickly and fix problems promptly. And the company's owners and employees are simply just nice, honest, polite people who are very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone for any size construction project.

Embark is an excellent company to work with. They did an outstanding job on our bathroom renovation. Totally transformed it! Even better than I’d imagined. And we love our window installation that replaced a nasty sliding door. They showed up when they said they would. They worked diligently. They were pleasant and congenial. And they are very professional. We felt they did our house renovations as if they were doing their own! Very thorough. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We have used Embark for four projects at our home and they are without a doubt the most courteous and professional people I have ever worked with. They remodeled our main bathroom, built a deck, rebuilt a large front porch and we just finished a kitchen remodel that turned out exactly as we expected thanks to Danny, Jim and Alex who worked with us to make sure that we were happy with the results. Any problems or issues that came up during the project were quickly resolved without any fuss.

Wow! I’m so impressed with Embark! Extremely professional and gave me several options. I’ve been wanting to upgrade our kitchen and master bath. They understand my vision and can’t wait to get my other projects started!

The plumbing technician I had was Ray, he was very kind and patient. My house needed a plumbing reset and he not only showed me what was wrong, he showed me how he was going to fix everything so it all worked as it should. It's very rare to find people to teach you how things work in a home, it always seems like everyone wants to get in an out these days. The estimate he gave me was spot on and fair. All in all I have someone to call next time I have any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks to him, I have a new favorite company to call on!

Embark recently replaced the flooring in our house. This company did an excellent job. The technician also solved some other problems that needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend this company for any repairs.

We contacted Embark to fix an issue we were having with the men’s restroom urinal. Ray was quick to respond, polite and professional. His work was quick, efficient and effective. We haven’t had any problems since! The cost for their services is reasonable, especially for honest and quality work.
