Ray Frisbee is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!! He quickly solved all the plumbing issues at our Association and left me feeling reassured that we have someone we can call anytime we need help. Harlee was also exceptionally accommodating and kind in getting our services scheduled. Embark Project Services, LLC, has a great team and I am thankful for them!

Embark is truly the best around. I have used them multiple times on projects and have always been extremely pleased. Their professionalism, cleanliness, and knowledge is what sets them apart from any other renovation team out there. I highly recommend them for any of your renovation needs!

The Embark team was super responsive and helped us resolve our plumbing emergency quickly. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable and made a recommendation for a new fixture which ended a years long struggle we had been having with chronic clogging. I will confidently recommend them to any friends or family who need plumbing help.

I hired Embark to do some electrical work at my rental house, specifically the replacement of exhaust fans in two bathrooms. Can't say enough good things about the experience. The technician, Sam, helped troubleshoot the problems we were having with the buildup of condensation. He looked at all the angles, made suggestions and then executed a plan with efficiency, expertise and professionalism. I have found my new electricians.

My plumber Ray Frisbee did an excellent job changing a PRV. Very courteous, neat and quick. He would have been faster but I slowed him down exchanging plumbing adventures I’ve experienced. I’ve added him to my list of service people and friends.

Our water heater went out, and Embark was at our house by 8am the next day. They were efficient, very respectful, and affordable! Will definitely use them again!

Ray did a fantastic job repairing a dripping faucet that had been a problem for months! He was courteous, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up the mess. I highly recommend!

Embark did a great job with our remodel. Their in-house craftsmen insure schedule adherence and do top level work. We are thrilled with the results.

Fast service, gave clear information about what the problem and solution would be. Ray was our technician and he was very professional, experienced with plumbing and worked well with his new teammate, Jaden. Will definitely recommend and will use again.

Kudo's to Ray Frisbee (plumber) and Robert Rogers (finish carpenter, oversaw the complete bathroom remodel). Ray was an excellent plumber, friendly, professional. Top notch service. We had a whole bathroom remodel, and he did all the plumbing; also replaced rusted pipes with shiny copper ones, and reinstalled pipes to hot water heater. Kudo's Ray. Also, the overall professional finish carpenter was Robert Rogers was also fantastic; a real artisan with finishing the project, digging up concrete flooring, organizing painters/tile flooring and installing the new sink top. Kudo's Robert. Oh, and the whole job was done in less time than we had anticipated. We plan to ask for both when we have another Embark Project. Thank you!!!

We just had the most wonderful repair work done by Ray! We have an old house with galvanized pipes. They were giving us some serious water pressure trouble. Ray diagnosed the problem and tried to fix it with one solution but it turned out to not be what we ultimately needed. He was up front with us the whole way, though. So, re-piping for us. And, honestly, it wasn’t anything as terrible as what I was expecting! Again, Ray explained everything along the way. He showed us stuff, which I love, he took pictures, which I love, and he got the job done actually quicker than he anticipated. He’s our plumber for life now! And, one top of his stellar plumbing skills, he’s just a nice guy! Can’t beat that combo!

I would not recommend this company for any heating and air because they rip my father-in-law. They didn’t even connect the heating upstairs in the attic. We’re paying a $600 light bill just because they wanted to not do their job correctly. Ripping old people off is ridiculous

We had a guy named Eric . But he was really nice . I have more to say . But I don't have time . I got to help my father-in-law Mr House since he had a whole right shoulder replacement surgery on October 31 , 2022 . But any way the guy was very nice and very friendly and very helpful . I gave you all a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
