Santiago and his team have been wonderful to work with. We had Santiago do a lot of landscaping for us and every time he has exceeded our expectations. It has always turned out beautiful. We are so pleased with everything he has done for us.

We are very happy with our new irrigation system! It is quiet with excellent coverage. Santiago and his team were professional and went above our expectations, leaving a neat, clean yard. Santiago fixed our entire system! The first picture is how the yard looked when Santiago finished. Our main water line went out. The pictures following the first is how our yard was left by the plumber. The rest of the pictures are just a few of many what Santiago uncovered. The plumber took out our entire irrigation wiring. We truly believed we would need to have a new system, but Santiago said no. We have used him since for other needs and highly recommend!

Tennessee law prohibits attaching signs to utility poles because it poses a safety hazard to utility workers.

Please take a careful look at the impact illegally placed signs like yours have made on our infrastructure.

This is from their website, let me tell you, it couldn't be further from the truth. They damage property, hide that they did it underneath stairs that eventually costs you a ridiculous water bill, so much so that the city calls because they believe there is a leak at your main. When you call them on it, they don't return phone calls to ensure that the "right thing" is done. They tell you for months that a GM will call, even though Dario swears he reported it, no record with home office. Beyond abysmal ethics.

This company will run over trash instead of picking it up out of the way (multiple occasions), and will halfway do the job just to get it over with.

BTW Ruben and Nick G are "employees" of this company so their reviews should be taken with a "grain of salt". Just Saying

We are a 82 townhouse community and have used Images as our lawn service, weed control & irrigation for 4+ years. They are very professional. courteous & thorough. Anytime we have an extra need or concern they are prompt to address it.
