I have used many landscaping businesses over the years and have had issues with reliability. We started with Images a little over a year ago and have been very happy with the service and reliability that they have provided but the customer service is where they have really shined for us. We would highly recommend them.

I live in a community where you all have been working for approximately one month. Before you all came in the companies before you all did not keep up with the work. Now our community looks so incredible and your workers work so incredibly hard in this heat to ensure my community looks pristine. I truly can not thank you all enough. Coming home and walking around here just makes me so full of joy. Thank you. 😁

Seldom do you have a contractor who does such an incredible job. But even more amazing, when these guys come in under budget they lower their final price. I am so glad we found Bursting Blooms.

Steve does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable in both landscape and hard scape design.

3rd rate specimens, marginal planting services. Apparently inconsistent with quality provided. Based on my experience, not recommended.

We have had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Bursting Blooms. Because they came highly recommended, we were looking forward to our appointment with them on Memorial Day. We made sure they realized it was Memorial Day before we confirmed and they said yes, they realized it and were working that day. We text them a few hours before our appointment and they replied that they unfortunately were not going to make it. They did contact us within a few days to reschedule which we did. They did not show for that appointment either and we have heard nothing from them. UPDATE: They have contacted us and evidently had a mixup with us and another customer. Steve came out today and is preparing a quote for us so stay tuned... UPDATE: Bursting Blooms did our patio in November and we are very pleased! We would highly recommend!

Steve planted 8 trees for me back in Feb. His rate was reasonable, and he did a professional job. He even worked with the delivery guy to make sure that he could be here to meet the trailer. This was tremendous help since there is no way a small woman like me could unload those trees with 24-inch root balls. All my 8 trees are doing very well now. It was pleasure to work with him.

Our experience with Bursting Blooms could not have been better. Every step of the process exceeded expectations. We wanted an outdoor patio space with a fireplace, pizza oven and an area to entertain family & friends. Steve drew up a concept, delivered a proposal with timelines and they delivered beyond anything we could have imagined. I have to also acknowledge Joe and the entire crew that put our space together. This place was first class from start to finish. Steve the owner was on site every day and did most of the work himself very impressed. We love our retaining wall and all of our flowers they planted.

We were absolutely thrilled with the work this team did for us. We built a new house and they provided the curb appeal with grass for the new yard and beautiful landscaping around the front of the house. High recommend you give them a try.

They did a fantastic job on my backyard. My yard was nothing but mud on a steep hill before they started. Now look at it! Very professional crew. They don't just leave you and eventually come back sometime like most contractors these days. They finish the job! Very refreshing.

Steve and his team did an amazing job giving our entire yard a facelift. They worked tirelessly to get everything just right for us. We loved all the plants and stonework they picked out and the final design came out great. The cost was reasonable and we appreciated all their communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for all your landscaping needs!

From our experience not truthful and unwilling to give breakdown of cost. Job started off around 8k and after we paid for a $550 grading plan it was around 16. Owner seemed out of it or just disinterested in doing the job several times he came over a 5 month period to look at the job. I just wanted to give a honest review from my experience. They are a nightmare to work with.

I had a bamboo problem in my yard in North Chatt. Everything I read was that it was nearly impossible to get rid of. I contacted numerous landscaping companies and most said they couldn't do it or they would fail to show to give a quote. Philips Creasy came the day after I called, gave a quote and had the bamboo gone and yard seeded 3 days later. That was a year ago. Have yet to have any bamboo return which is pretty amazing. They do not currently maintain my yard but that is something I will change in the future. 5 stars all the way.

We contracted with Phillips Creasey to add a retaining wall and landscaping to make our yard more manageable. Blocks for the new wall were not readily available, but Scott spent the time needed to find ones that are almost a match to the other retaining walls we already have. Only a very close comparison would reveal the differences. As the wall was being built, Eddie, the job leader noticed it was slightly out of level, probably not enough to make either a visual or structural difference, but he had the offending part of the wall taken down and done correctly. These are two examples of the quality standards and customer focus the company and its employees put into their work. We are very satisfied with them, individually and collectively. Everyone who came onto our property was professional, diligent and friendly. The manageability of our yard after the job exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend Phillips Creasey for any landscaping projects you may have.

They do great work at a fair price. Just as important, they are flexible, offer a wide variety of services and always come when they are scheduled to arrive. They also are good about communicating well. Highly recommend!
