Henry was onsite each day of our project and was never too busy to stop and answer any of our questions. The Dreamscapes team worked tirelessly and efficiently which resulted in our project being completed on time. While we initially contracted Dreamscapes for hardscape and lighting, we have since contracted his landscape division for our monthly service. Dreamscapes truly transformed our backyard from an eyesore to a beautiful outdoor space.

Our project was to replace 2500 sq ft of driveway, sideway and steps. Henry jummped through hoops helping us find the colors we wanted. The pavers syle and colors we wanted had to be shipped from the Maryland plant. Henry and his team were outstanding..... they started the project on time, worked very hard, kept the job sight clean. Any time we had questions o wanted didnt like somethen Henry took care of it immediately. We will use Henry again and certainly highly recommend Henry and his crew. All of his crew were very respectful and polite to us at all times. Here are a couple of shots of the finished product.

Henry and his team did a wonderful job on our back deck. The old deck caused flooding and water damage near the house as it was uneven and did not contain a proper drainage system. The team installed a drainage system to prevent flooding and it looks & works great. The new stone has grip in the rain to prevent slipping and is even more beautiful in person. The whole project from tear out of old deck to the complete installation of new one took only two weeks total!! They work fast and efficiently. They went above and beyond to provide a functional and beautiful patio. I highly recommend this team and will always use them for future projects. Thank you all so much!

My wife and I spent months evaluating pool installers, various pool designs and features. Eighteen months later, we broke ground. We had a plan and solid visual of the pool, but it wasn't until we engaged Henry with Dreamscapes until this project really came together. Henry worked with us, listened to our thoughts, needs, concerns.. then professionally walked us towards exactly what we wanted. He laid out his proposal, addressed issues we had not considered. Wow! What a transformation! Couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Dreamscapes has given us our dream backyard. Long story short, we had contracted someone else to build our backyard and it was a total disaster. After several years of litigation we have now won our court case and the appeal...something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone! Obviously I trusted no one, especially contractors, anymore. I contacted Henry at dreamscapes and told him about my issues from my previous contractor and let him fully understand about how jaded I was from the debacle that had taken place. This wasn’t his first rodeo either dealing with a mess someone else had made and having to come behind and clean up the mess. I did more research after talking with him and we decided to go with dreamscapes. It was a good decision! I found a contractor who actually does what he says and does it when he says he’ll do it. Unlike most contractors who have multiple jobs going on at one time he focuses on one project at a time and doesn’t leave until it’s completed. Of course this might mean you may have to get in line but it’s worth the wait. I’d much rather have someone fully engaged and focused on the task at hand than someone who is distracted with other projects going on. The quality of workmanship and the final product he delivered was great. He also stayed true to his estimate/quote he laid out in his contract with us. If you’ve ever worked with a general contractor you know how big of a deal that is. Henry also keeps you well informed about what and when something is happening and he’s easy to get in touch with. Most contractors I’ve dealt with you have to contact them a few times before they’ll get back in touch with you...not so with Henry. I have been elated with the product and service dreamscapes has provided me and would recommend no else.

When we hired DreamScapes to do our backyard project, we had just a rough idea of what we wanted the space to look like. It included a pergola and more open views onto the golf course. The end result was far more than what we imagined could be done with that area, and it fell within our budget as well. Henry listened to our vision and used his knowledge and creativity to come up with a space that is beautiful and functional. He is a true professional and was responsive and communicative throughout the entire project. He also has a wonderful eye for design and aesthetics. His team worked hard and kept the area neat and tidy each day. You can tell that he takes pride in each project he undertakes. We would highly recommend Henry and his team at DreamScapes for any backyard project!

Henry and the team at Dreamscapes did incredible work replacing a 40-year-old, decrepit, unusable tennis court with 2 pickleball courts, an expansive garden area, and a covered outdoor living space. A And they dealt with many unexpected problems along the way with grace and good humor! Dreamscapes managed well to the agreed-upon budget and delivered the pickleball court in time for our first get-together. Throughout, they assisted with design ideas and alternatives. Everyone who sees the renovation has been very impressed — and we are enjoying it immensely.

Henry and his incredible team created the favorite room of our house! We love this outdoor space so much! They solved our major drainage issues as well. We can’t say enough about the professionalism, expertise, excellent communication, and execution they provided! We plan to use them for future builds and design as well.

The Dreamscapes team gave me a usable backyard where there was NONE! My backyard was a sloped and eroding mess. The backyard had very little grass. It had ditches and gullies where it was washing away. It had a fairly steep slope and the ground was so uneven you could have easily broken an ankle trying to walk on it. I knew it would take a special company to resolve my issues and that company was Dreamscapes.

Henry Hayes, the owner, came out and we discussed what needed to be done and my budget. I am retired and have a fixed budget. I knew this was not going to be a "big" job for them but it was a big job for me.

Henry came back a few days later with a plan that I agreed with and a price I could afford.

The guys who work for Dreamscapes were professional. They got to work and soon I had retaining walls with drainage. They flattened out an area between the retainer walls and built a lovely patio. I could now enjoy my backyard. They also regraded and seeded my yard so that you could walk in it and not break something. We had a little hiccup and some rain but overall, I'm so very pleased with their service. I can't speak highly enough about Henry and his team. I would not hesitate to call them again!

We just completed a project with Dreamscapes and could not be more pleased. We wanted to spruce up our pool deck (was just concrete slab) by adding pavers and add a kitchen area with a roof. Henry and his crew were great to work with. They are more experienced and knowledgeable than any other company we spoke to. Henry takes a personal approach in seeing that all tasks are handled - when they're supposed to be and how they're supposed to be. We did our project over the winter and the frequent rain caused more delays than either of us wanted; but that is not Dreamscapes fault. Their crew worked is whenever they could and in some very bad (muddy) conditions. From the get-go Henry had said "we don't get the project started then start three others..." And, he was true to his word. He kept his crew on our project the entire time.

Henry knows his stuff. We had some ideas of the design but he really added some spark to it. (We added a sitting wall and had added some LED lights on nearby steps. Henry said we should add lights for the sitting wall too but I didn't think it was needed. He added them at no additional cost and said "I just know it will look better". He was right!)

Henry and his teams did a fabulous job on our new outdoor patio, kitchen, and fire pit! They were very methodical in the planning and execution of the project and were very accommodating to our unplanned asks (the garden bed borders)!

The Dreamscapes crew were a pleasure to work with! We had lots of people in and out working on our pool and patio project, and the Dreamscapes team was far and away our favorite. They explained all potential options for our paver design and helped us pick the best result. Henry was always so kind and responsive anytime we had a question, and he took all our concerns seriously. They always appeared happy to work on the project; they were courteous of our space, and they always cleaned up well. Henry and his team even came back a few times to clean when mud run off from different crews got onto the pavers. I want to add that Henry talked to both my husband and I equally (instead of directing all information to my husband only), and I really appreciated that. Peak professionalism! We will certainly call Dreamscapes for all our future hardscape needs!!

Henry and his team provided excellent service with high quality work. I used Dreamscapes for both my new home build landscape construction, as well as a renovation project, and both turned out beautifully. They provide thoughtful design plans in regards to both aesthetics and function. The craftsmanship is excellent, the price is fair, and they pay good attention to detail. We chose Dreamscapes over other professional hardscape contractors to install a new patio for several reasons. When the patio was finished, we were glad we did.

Dreamscapes has decades of experience installing hardscapes. They also have the equipment and tools, labor force, and supervisory oversight to ensure hardscape projects are done right the first time. Dreamscapes owner Henry Hayes responded to our request for a proposal within 24 hours of submitting the request online. Other hardscaping companies we requested proposals from either never responded or responded months after submitting a request.

Henry came to our home and provided us with creative ideas for our new patio. He also recommended rerouting rainwater from a gutter downspout to prevent future water damage to the new patio (something another professional landscaper did not identify).

Henry provided us with a detailed proposal and answered all our follow-up questions. He even came to our home a second time to clarify how the project would be done. We were impressed with Henry ‘s professionalism and his confidence that his team could do the job right the first time.

The Dreamscapes installation team, which included an on-site supervisor, conducted themselves professionally. The quality of their work was exemplary, and they constructed the patio with attention-to-detail. They left the job site in good condition at the end of each workday. Whenever the installation team faced a difficulty, they did what was necessary to ensure the project was completed correctly and as planned.
