Semi chemical wash

Slow communication and very outdated system for COD. Actual employees do there job.

I'm always happy when I pull in and see Alex working, I know things will get done and done right.

Company driver who uses them to clean our tanks, and never had a problem. So no complaints here.

I had two hoses to wash they didn't even pull them out of the hose tube and uncap both ends they left him in the hose tube and just spray them out so inevitably the end at the far side of the hose tube didn't actually get washed what is wrong with you people

Got me in and out fast. These guys husle. I don't know what their profit margins are. But you'd think they'd at least give their employees a nice locker room. It was nasty

Helped getting me to my next mission.

Left my trlr sit in bay for three hrs after it was cleaned telling me that they had too clean the hose. Next shift took it from the bay but the hose and fitting were still dirty. Told the new shift, they pulled it through the bay again took hose out and cleaned it with a high pressure wand. Tore two holes in the liner and when I asked why they did it like that they said if they hadn't done it that way it would still be dirty. I guess it's better to have a clean piece of garbage than a dirty good hose. Of all the Quala's this one is one of the wor

Very slow moving people... Being out here for 8 hours and they haven't washed out my tank yet... Actually, they've staying in their room, on their phones, and, from time to time, someone is coming out shortly, to work. Bad experience, in my case.

When we're paying for the pump, hoses, and fittings to be cleaned, why do I have to actual go behind them and clean them myself. Asked the guy to pressure wash the fittings and end caps, he refused. I had to do it myself. Really? What the heck are we paying you for? Everytime I come to this Quala there's an issue. Unfortunately it seems to be the same guy. Wish corporate would get off their hind end and get some good management here.

Well i usually have np wit communication guess it went down hill since the last time i was here. Checked in got a wash customer asked for a Dow prep I talk to quala cleaner he said fill out a paper again I did woke up and no Dow prep he said he had time to complete.

Every time I come here it seems that my trailer always manages to get skipped for a certain type of driver. There was this one time where my trailer sat in the bay cleaned and ready for 2hrs. Not one staff member ever approached me while driving past the truck I’m seated in (driver seat) to tell it was ready. I had to walk over to the office to find out. This location is a disgrace to the Quala Truck Wash brand.

Not very much at most Quala's and this one is even worst than the other Quala facilities.

Got here at 6:30 opened at 7:00 started washing trails at 8:00 I should add the trailers from the night before. While I’m waiting on my trailer. I guess drop trailers have priority. Update 11 AM finally got my trailer in washbay.

This is an excellent Quala! The staff are the best in the business. They were friendly, efficient, and got me right in.

One star is WAY too generous. I will lick every square inch of my trailers floor and walls before I attempt to use this company again. Staff is very lazy, rude and do not want to do their job. They are actually a “preferred” vendor to use with our company. I have absolutely no idea why. Jose(the attendant that I dealt with) refused to call for their PO# for payment. What’s next, they want the drivers washing their own trailers out as well?! Do better Quala, there are tons of other trailer/tank wash businesses available. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Go out of route, pay more do whatever you gotta do to avoid this place. I promise you, IT’S WORTH IT!

Was able to get Trailer in washbay in a timely manner, great experience this morning.

Guy in small shack (Jose) at wash bay wants to sit on the phone and stare at you instead of opening the window and acknowledging you while you’re trying to ask about a trailer wash…. This place was on our company app to use and we will be telling our company of our bad experience here and hopefully they will find a new company that wants our business and respects drivers and their time.
