Very professional, upfront on pricing and work being done. Adam did an awesome job on getting a huge tree cut up and out of here in amazing time! While Anthony came over to review my options and what Josh could do for me for my gutter work needing done. Even the owner John updated me and came out to go over things with me.
Thank you guys for awesome work & working with me within my means. I will 100% be using them again here soon! -
I hired Anderson Gutter and Tree to remove a dead tree on my property that I was concerned about. Josh came and gave me an honest assessment of the tree's condition and a very fair price. The two guys who showed up were very professional and did an excellent job!!!

Highly recommend Anderson Gutter and Tree! We reached out to several companies for a quote for tree limb/branch removal for our roof and yard. Anderson responded quickly, and Jon was able to come out on a weekend to do the assessment. He was thorough and walked through everything with us, and his quote including gutter clean out was very reasonable. He clearly knows what he’s doing, talked through tree health, future work and the options in front of us. He even took the time to make a second visit to walk through a quote from another company. He explained the different stages of work that could be done and was very mindful of all the competing expenses as new homeowners. He was very positive when talking about competitors and helped us understand that each company will have a different approach and recommendations for the work they deem necessary. Have already recommended them to several people couldn’t be happier with our choice.

John came out to give me a last minute estimate, late on the Fri of Memorial Day weekend, due to an urgent tree situation we had going on. This, despite knowing he would likely be unable to squeeze my job in as soon as I'd need it done. I was out at the time, but he called me to update me on his professional opinion, which I really appreciated. As we spoke, he decided it might behoove me (really, the tree!) to strap it up, in order to hopefully maintain what integrity was left of the tree, until it could be taken down (still two days away!). With a storm coming, it sounded like a really great idea, and one that none of the other companies had even suggested to me. John drove back down the mountain to retreive the straps, and then back up again to meet us, and we raced home to help him make it happen with extra hands. When the company came out to do the work on Mon they concurred- great idea! The tree had survived the crazy winds, and I was/am so very grateful to John for going above and beyond to help keep us safe on that holiday weekend, no less. If John is any indication of how well this business is run, I would hire them in a heartbeat. Thanks again, John!!

The crew showed up on time to remove trees on my property, they had to work in some tight places around mine and my neighbors house and dropped all the trees with absolutely zero problems! Highly recommend and very professional

Huge gratitude for Jon, Anthony, rest of the team & company. From my first interactions when a tree fell, all the way through re-installation of gutters, everyone has proven to have me & my home’s best interest at heart!! Professional, fair, kind, hardworking & honest! You can’t beat these guys!!

Anderson removed a massive fallen tree in my front driveway that had fallen on top of a car but not demolished it. It was also very close to two other cars that had not been damaged by the storm / tree as well. They managed to cut, and remove very deliberately and carefully, while salvaging the car under the trunk, while simultaneously protecting the other two close by cars. I was pretty nervous about it all, and they did great. Thank you!

Workers buy beer every morning, not sure if hire them to be drunk on my roof. But that’s just me.

Steven answered all my questions and gave me much information.

Beware of getting overcharged!
The workers were great and the gutter guards seem to be working, but I haven't been through a TN fall with them yet. Say no to every price they give you. Our final price dropped over 70% after we said no thank you several times. They have very smooth talkers giving you quotes so you have to be diligent and just say no until the price comes down. -
Great price and did what they said they would do.
Quality workmanship very happy no more cleaning gutters. -
Scammed my widow grandmother out of $9,000.00. Her entire house is no more than 2,000sqft. The price was for gutter guards and to clean the gutters. You didn't even clean them. I just had gutters installed on my roof which is over 5,000sqft and the entire gutter system with install was only a little over $3,500.00. Obviously it wasn't bought from some scam artists like yourselves. I hope you're proud and can sleep peacefully at night doing what you're doing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…
My system was installed in August 2022. I paid $5525 for it. TJ Hamilton, the sales rep put in the contract that they would “re-align your gutters” and during his sales pitch pointed out areas he was referring to for re-alignment. None of this occurred. This morning makes the second time I have talked to LeafFilter about the gutter alignment and have simply been given a sales-pitch type run-around and told I must have mis-understood him, like I’m some sort of idiot.
Also, I was told by TJ the corners of my gutters would hold leaves due to splash guards. No worries! TJ assured me. “We clean them for free for life! Just call and we will send a guy right out!” Fast forward to today, and you guessed it. Run-around. I was told it would be $100 to come out and clean the leaves from the corners of my $5525 system. I was talked down to and told I had obviously misunderstood TJ (again), that their reps would never make such statements. At this point I feel I need to point out, TJ does not have a speech impediment. He speaks very clearly, obviously through a forked tongue, but clearly nonetheless.
This company is a scam. They offer a warranty, full of false promises and loopholes, which they never intend to honor in any way.
I’m sure, or at least hopeful, there are other companies around who are reputable, install a quality product, and stand behind the sales pitch their reps make. As for LeafFiler, they ain’t it. -
Sales responded quickly and professionally; installation was scheduled right away. They even inspected gutters and supporting woodwork and described any potential damage. The leaves were removed from gutters , loose gutters were repaired and filters installed all in one day.

Horrible Horrible company. The five star reviews can't be real in my humble opinion. They took advantage of my special needs brother in law. RUN don't walk away from this company. Companies like this are why so many of the consumer laws are in effect to this day. This company wanted to charge just at $2000.00. Two other companies quoted me $324.00 and $350.00 for the SAME EXACT job. Needless to say I went with the other company.

I received an education on gutters and the different kinds of systems designed to prevent clogging from the contractor that came to give me an estimate. I chose Leaf Filter because it is truly maintenance free. They came and cleaned out my clogged gutters and repaired some spots. Then they sealed
all the seams inside the gutters and installed the Leaf Filter system on my gutters in about 5 hours. They cleaned up after the work was done leaving no
trace that they were there on the ground. I am very pleased with my experience and with the Leaf Filter system. -
They came out and gave me a quote. $17.7K for 300 ft of gutter guards. They immediately discount 15% ($14.3K) and this is my good-for-one-year-price. If I am willing to sign right now (the deal is no longer on the table once the rep leaves) the price drops to $12.1K. But wait... there is a commercial install not too far from here, are your gutters white? Let me call my manager... yes I can give their price $10.1K - but you have to sign right now.
Textbook high pressure sales. He said they could do the install in a day. Figure a 3 man crew. If they are paying $50 and hour (I don't think they are) that's $1200. That leaves ~$30 / ft (at the lowest price quoted) for materials. Similar guards sell for $2/ft.
The reason they don't want to give you day to decide is because they are afraid you might do the math. A fair price would be $1000 for labor, $5 a foot (if it is a 2.5x superior product), + 15% overhead + 15% profit = $3.3K.
That and the sales rep getting insulted and angry because I compared his process to buying a used car. (let me talk to my manager... ok - if if you sign RIGHT NOW).
Serious reservations about this product. If the product is truly better than the competition, you don't resort to these tactics. You sell the product on it's merits, not based on a steep discount off of a completely fictitious and ridiculous price to begin with. -
Great salesman. Jay was fantastic

They charged my elderly widowed mother, almost $7000 for about a 1600 square-foot house and one garage. She has mobility issues, so has a hard time moving around. I noticed it about a year later, and they refuse to fix what they messed up. There is a section where the gutter guard is not down on the gutter, but shoved up under the metal roof, and there is a downspout that pours from the gutter instead of going down the downspout because they moved it and bundled it. They also put absolutely zero caulk like they said they would on their quote. I suggest no one ever uses them. They are unprofessional, poor business, practice, poor workmanship, and poor customer service. Lousy company, lousy product.
