This company charged me $1560 to install two 11' gutters on a patio cover. They claim they check level to ensure no standing water. Downspouts were both on the end of the gutter with no water. All of the water was at the opposite end. Spoke to Patrick who said that they had someone come out and correct it. All they did was drop the downspout end but still not enough. Called Patrick back and said the gutters needed to be flipped. After going back and forth he said he would try to have someone out the next day (Saturday) On Monday I called Patrick and asked when someone would be out to fix my gutters. He said sometime this week. I said can you call me at the end of the day to give me a day and time? He said "I don't think I can do that.
Never to be heard from again I corrected the installation myself.

Worst experience I have had. Needed a new roof called leaf filter on June 3 2024 to remove guards to keep warranty in tact. Sent someone out afraid of heights would do second story. 2 weeks latter sent another person he also would not do it . Roofers removed guards so they replace drip edge. Now leaf filter refuses to reinstall guards on second story said it is my responsibility. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was directed right back to the lady at the Chattanooga office who would not let me say anything but read me the riot act that she is the regional supervisor and said I would need to give her a credit card before she would send anyone out and would not include reinstalling guards on second story. In my opinion she is not fit to be a supervisor and leaf filter has the worst customer support. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have had leaffilter on a previous house and it worked great and customer service was excellent.

Salesperson The sales person scheduled an appointment with me for the day after I asked for a call. I call this PROMPT RESPONSE. He was well prepared and gave all information about what could be done and also had physical examples of LeafFilters product and also that of the companies main competitors. I loved the discounts for the special and my senior status. The salesman showed me pictures that he has taken around my house which showed the condition of my sewers and explained what could be done to correct the problems I described and also emphasized the fact that LeafFilter had a lifetime warranty. I signed and was given a service date for MONDAY after his Saturday visit. I call these attributes KNOWI G AND BEING ABLE TO EXPLAIN YOUR PRODUCT and Immediacy of Service. Above all this sales person was FRIENDLY RELAXED PATIENT and just an all around nice person.
When they technician arrived on Monday He introduced himself and immediately got to work. HR finished in a timely manner and advised me as I looked visually about what he has done and what I could expect to see. Again another knowledgeable and friendly employee of your company.

The sales person (Montgomery) was very informative, the company worked with my timeline (getting electricity to the property) and the installation team was timely and efficient. I am thrilled with my purchase and experience.

Everyone was polite and very informative. Able to answer questions I had. They worked with me on pricing even though I’m sure it was a sales ploy to get me to buy. Either way I was buying.

All the workers I encountered were knowledgeable, courteous, cooperative, and did good work quickly with an excellent job in terms of how it looks and how it performs. I was even able to request that they put the screws directly into the rafter boards and not just randomly along the facia board and they did exactly as requested

It is working excellent. The porches stay dry from the rain, no leaks.
One drawback is really not a problem. The screen top does its job to catch all debris. The shingle debris does collect on the screen but the gutters stay clean. I do get up on the roof to service the chimney cleaning so at that time I just take the blower up and quickly sweep the gutters clear and all is spotless clean. I like the ample size and very strong installation. Nothing ever collects in the gutters and they never do leak. The installers did a good job to make the final connection to the drain field.

Sam was very prompt and professional. He is a definite asset to your company.

The rush to make a decide to purchase or not the cash or credit price difference. I so not like being rushed when it comes to thousands if dollars on a fixed income.

Crew came and finished on time. Left the property in better shape than it was. Very neat application of guards. Carried away all trash. I would definitely recommend Leaf Filter. Couldn't have asked for better.

After much haggling, we reached a price I felt was fair.

From that point everything was great. The installers were good to work with. They even had to replace additional gutter that wasn't in the quote. No extra charge.

We had a heavy rain a few days later, and the gutters functioned better than ever. Great product.

My family got gutters on Wednesday.. $7,800 dollars financed. Inflation etc.. a lot extreme for my taste. But we had to have them.. the crew came, and put them up,and they look decent. After examining our deck we find black scuffs ALL up and down our new French doors, and the rubber panels. And these black marks will NOT come off. Not to mention. New gutters and they didn't leave the 1st splash block to detour the water from hitting the foundation. You need those!! And they left tons of trash in our yard.. not happy about any of it.. and for almost $8,000 we were definitely expecting alot better experience. Will not call these people again. Will upload pictures once I get home

I recently had new leaf filter gutters installed and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. The installers were great and they were very quick and professional. My salesman Chuck, came and gave me a estimate and walked me through every step of the way with the process, making sure to make it easy on me. Thank you for a great job!

Service has been excellent, not sales pushy and Mike Cinelli was so pleasant.
