Owen arrived promptly on time and we discussed all that we wanted done. He worked thoroughly on All the windows and siding. All results were very satisfactory.

Window Genie did an excellent job and the 3 man crew was very efficient and polite. Our eaves and gutters were so dirty and now they look brand new! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The technicians that came to the house were on time, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, when they helped by moving my porch furniture back to its place. I will be using Window Genie in the future for exterior cleaning needs.

Owen & Ethan pressure washed my house, removed & washed the screens, cleaned windows inside and out including window sills, cleaned out the gutters, cleaned storm doors and a large screen porch plus a porch on the front of the house. The house was spotless when they left.

They were polite young men and very particular about their work. I will request Owen and Ethan in the future.

The crew that came out to wash my house was professional and polite. Overall, the job was satisfactory but a couple of spots were missed and a dryer vent cover was blown apart.

This was my 5th house wash/pressure wash/window cleaning by Window Genie. Their techs did a great job and the cost was very affordable. They even came back a couple days later to touch up some areas at no charge.

I gave this company a 2 rating due to me paying full price,and only getting half the service. They only used a leaf blower to clean gutters when I should have received a full clean with water as well to make sure gutters were not clogged,and flowing right. When they were done,from the photos I still saw leaf particles in the gutters. If I wanted half the service,I could have had a family member do it,but thinking I would get the professional experience I didn't receive....Update... The company did just came back out to flush my gutters.. Thanks for going the extra mile,making sure I was satified with everything...The owner came out himself to make sure the job was done right!

We have some windows that are impossible (for me) or very hard to get to, and these guys used equipment and effort (and skill) to do a nice job on 17 windows for $200. There was a mix-up between my wife (who was gone when they came) and me about which windows, and without arguing they came back to do a few they had “missed.” They were super professional and efficient. I give 5 stars cheerfully, but they had agreed on-site to include making a swipe at the windows in our garage door, which they didn’t do the first time because the door had been retracted when they were finishing up and I was on a client call (but they didn’t try to tell me that as I signed the papers approving the work), and they skipped it again on the re-visit even though we specifically discussed it on the spot. I’ll be calling them about it and if they come back to do that I’ll update (assuming I can figure out how). I would say just plan to be better customers than we were by being there and actively confirming exact work and inspecting before they leave. I still would use them again for sure. (Update: they cheerfully came a third time and got the garage windows. Nice.)

These folks are great! They will make sure you are happy with all the work they do at your home. The workers are friendly and helpful. They helped my brother move furniture on my parents’s porch even though that’s not part of their job. We have used them multiple times at our home and at my parents home too. I highly recommend them. They are honest, trustworthy and hard working and your home will look brand new when they are done.
