Got Beckett and his guys to re-pitch my gutters and install a drip edge. Really pleased with their work, I don't have any crazy overflow at the bends anymore.

when we bought our property in 2018 we found a severe flooding problem in our back yard. After a heavy rain, our back yard would remain flooded for a couple of days. We contacted Beckett at Higher Ground to help us with this. He designed and installed a sump pump system supplied by a French drain and our flooding problems were gone! He and his crew have since been out to make adjustments for a couple of low spots in our yard and always does a great job. Beckett is very knowledgeable and professional, very responsive and gives us good value for our money. We have recommended Beckett to anyone who has standing water or drainage problems on their property; he is the best!

The Higher Ground guys have always shown up when expected and done an excellent job cleaning my gutters. They are considerate of the customer and the property. They call/text/email if they will be later or need to reschedule due to weather. Everything looks great when they complete the job, and the price is reasonable. We have used Beckett and Higher Ground since 2013 and have always been very pleased with the work they have done for us. On one of their first visits, we asked them to see if they could locate a leak in the roof that had plagued us since it was installed. They successfully located and repaired it, something that 2 roofing companies before them had failed to find.
Furthermore, their team is courteous, prompt, and professional. My husband and I would not consider using anyone else to maintain our gutters and roof.

When we planned to pour a large concrete driveway for our backyard, we knew our erosion problems would only get worse and our crawlspace would only get more humid, so we hired Higher Ground to evaluate our mid- and long-term backyard plans and implement a rainfall management system to keep water out of our crawlspace and limit erosion throughout our property. Higher Ground went above and beyond, coming up with a comprehensive plan that addressed our concerns, avoided pitfalls we hadn’t thought of, and delivered a final product that looks amazing and works very well. They took our gardening plans into consideration and set us up for success. Their crew was always courteous, on time, and worked hard. They were met with a few surprises along the way and they handled them without missing a beat. They also went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend Higher Ground enough. We have since consulted with them a couple of times for additional backyard improvements and we hold their expert opinion in very high regard.

Higher Ground has reliably serviced my old gutters for many years. This year it was time to replace the old galvanized gutters and downspouts and install gutter guards. Joey and Jon did the job with great professionalism and attention to detail at a good price. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Higher Ground to do some extensive landscape work to prevent erosion and ponding of water in our back yard. Wow, what a great company! They were very professional beginning with the first call to Eva. Matt then came in a timely manner to evaluate the project and prepare us a written estimate. Would highly recommend Higher Ground! They regularly clean my gutters and are very reliable. I had a drainage issue, where my downspout was dumping water right next to the foundation of my home and they installed a new downspout and drain line for me. Great value and nice to support a local company!
