We had backsplash installed for our new house and it came out amazing. They are experts and know what needs to be done. So glad we found them.

I had been looking for a local company to clean and seal our grout for a few weeks and found them by passing one of their trucks on Hwy 58. I had received other quotes for just cleaning, not sealing. Grout Medic came and gave me an in person quote and listened to my needs. I hated the white grout that was supposed to be alabaster and they offered colored seal which I jumped at. I am sooooo happy I saw that truck and called. Our floors are clean and all the terrible dirty grout lines are now beautiful alabaster and blend beautifully with our tiles for a seamless look. With two large dogs and very active kids I am so happy my floors will stay clean looking!! Worth every dollar! And the team was very professional and worked for almost 10 hours to complete the job (which was a shower and about 600 sq feet of tile between all the spaces). I’d use them again!! And recommend them to all my family and friends!!

They did a great job repairing the grout in our master bath. It was crumbling and coming out in the vacuum. The subfloor was uneven, so it was causing the grout to shift and buckle. They repaired the subfloor without removing the tiles. Now. it’s as good as new!

Andrew and Will did a great job with a complete top-down shower clean and refresh. We have subway tiling and so we've basically had a dirty shower since we moved in 5 years ago. No more! They labored all day to make it as good as new. Couldn't be happier with the results!

We found Grout Medic at a home show. We had been looking for someone that could bring our tiled shower back to life. The shower was about 15 years old and we had some mold issues that we hadn’t been able to get rid of ourselves. Mike and his team came out and cleaned, sealed, recolored the grout, and recaulked where needed. It now looks brand new! They were thorough, courteous, punctual, and did a fantastic job. We went to a home show recently looking at all the vendors who replace showers. I was determined to do it this way because thin set was coming out of the wall when I'd clean and it freaked me out. Plus there was missing grout and ugly black grout or something in other places. It looked bad. What I hadn't thought about with having a new shower installed was they all were going to take a perfectly good shower door out and we'd need to replace that! I thought that was crazy and just a few minutes later we came across Michael at the show. We had him come out to take a look. He told us what he could do and it was less than the cost of replacing the shower door for a new install. They came out yesterday and steam cleaned, sanitized the heck out of the shower, and then re-grouted and color sealed it all. The shower looks brand new! This saved us probably 10K at the very least. Don't hesitate to use The Grout Medic. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
