Today was my first time using Xtrax and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The two service technicians that came out were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Xtrax and will absolutely call them again for future cleaning needs.

Our experience with Xtrax was excellent! The carpets are cleaner than I have seen them before with other cleaning and their unique process is very safe, clean, and highly effective. Darlene was a professional, thorough cleaner.

We moved to a house with carpet we thought we were going to have to replace. Keith went out of his way to accommodate our needs related to closing/moving and pricing. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. What a great experience! Keith was prompt, excellent in communication, laid out what I could expect, and fulfilled my expectations to a T! The rugs (70' of runners) had not been cleaned in many years; Keith and his crew rolled them up, and returned them over quickly in great shape - fluffy, bright, and stains gone. I will definitely use them again!

We have used Xtrax Dry Carpet Cleaning on multiple occasions to deal with pet stains and discolorations on carpet. They have always been very professional and have gone "above and beyond" my expectations every time! The dry extraction method doesn't leave your carpets wet like some companies, and the products they use are environmentally friendly. Excellent service and results! I highly recommend them.

Book them now! We had Darlene and Sterling come by and clean the stains from our sofas and carpets and they were amazing! Not only were they very professional, and responsive they did an excellent job! For the work they do the price is very fair and I will definitely be contacting them again if need be.

Amazing! From our first call, Keith was very patient and kind because I had so many questions. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness, when I had to reschedule a number of times. They worked diligently non stop cleaning a variety of carpets, sofas, dining room chairs and bathroom tiles on the floors and walls. The tiles in and of itself was unbelievable- and the one bathroom that had mildew, dirt and so on, they brought it back to life. The one bathroom needed cleaning desperately and it was overwhelming for me to get it cleaned myself. And regards to various carpets they look beautiful again. One specific light colored carpet had so many stains, I didn’t think that it was possible to get the stains out. And you guess it! The carpet looked amazing and clean. We had a few areas that Keith said they may not be able to get them out. Due to their hard work they were able to lighten those stains. I really appreciated the communication between phone calls, texts and email. Keith walks through the areas that you want clean and he gives an itemized price for each item, like sofas, chairs, carpets and tile. Everything is upfront and there were no surprises. I know this is a long review and bravo to you reading so far! :) This is the only company you need for cleaning various things.. If you want an honest hard working company with fair prices you need to look no further.

David and David both did a phenomenal job on my carpet! They were quick, efficient, and professional! My carpet was in rough shape from 2 kids, a husband who tracks in grease/ oil from his job, and a cat. They brought it back to life! This was our 2nd time using them and I've been beyond happy with the service both times! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

We are on a 2x/year cleaning with this company. We are a pet free, smoke free home and are very careful with carpet (take off our shoes, don’t eat outside the kitchen, etc.) and every time they come I am amazed at how clean they get it… when it didn’t “look” dirty. Two of the four of us have allergies and ever since we started using Xtrax, neither of us has issues and we have both quit using our nose spray! I also LOVE the fact that it isn’t water logged and sticky. It smells so fresh and clean, it’s perfectly dry! Best of all - NO chemicals for us to breathe in. They are always courteous, professional, punctual and do a thorough job. Can’t recommend them enough!!! You won’t be disappointed!

I had some pretty bad stains. Pet stains and ground in dirt. I had already planned on replacing the bad sections. Amazingly, they got the stains completely out! I’ve never had this type of result with any other carpet cleaning company. Not sure how they did it, but the carpets are like new again!

We had a wonderful experience with Xtrax carpet cleaning. From initial scheduling and quotes to the team that came out and performed the cleaning of our carpets and floor rugs. Having used this type of cleaning method for the first time, I was duly impressed on how clean and DRY the carpets were in the same day. No tiptoeing around damp carpets for days and ready for life or company in a jiffy. Everyone was pleased including our cat that didn’t have an affects from their pet safe products.

We had just bought a home and had another cleaner service lined up to come in and clean that friday. They canceled on us without notification, putting us in a bind. Xtrax made time to come out the following monday on short notice and worked with us based on our needs and budget.
The carpets are night and day difference and the entire house smelled leaps and bounds better. With their dry extraction, we were able to finish moving in immediately without having to wait for the carpets to dry.
10/10 I would hire them again.

great job on my carpets.This method is the way to go-so much better than other carpet cleanings I have had. Three nice,polite young men showed up and went to work in three different areas of my house so they were done quickly. I will use Xtrax in the future and highly recommend them.

Javin and Dakota were as pleasant as could be and did a wonderful job on everything. We had carpeting and rugs done and everything came out clean but also dry, as was quoted. They arrived early and had everything done quickly. Would use again and would recommend.

I would give Xtrax 10 stars if I could! We had a plumbing issue which resulted in overflow onto carpet in a bedroom and hallway. Keith was able to schedule a crew for same day cleaning which really saved the day. I cannot thank Xtrax enough! Keith and his crew are top notch professionals.

Keith and his workers were great! They were on time, friendly and professional. My couch looks great, and my carpet too. I have lots of grandkids and it gives me piece of mind to know that they are playing on carpet that has been so thoroughly cleaned.
