Alexander and James did a great job. Explained the process and got right to work on our area rug. Alexander informed us a particular stain may not come out with in place cleaning and gave us the option to take the rug to the SS facilty for deep cleaning. We opted for in place cleaning due to time constraints. As suspected the stain did not fully come out bit overall the rug looks great. Highly recommend Alexander and James.

We just had the carpeting cleaned in our house after my service dog passed away at over 18 years old. The last few weeks were non-stop accidents. It was not her fault. So we brought in professionals. Francisco came in, I was pretty embarrassed on how bad things were. But he was fine with it, explained what he would be doing and took my anxiety away. The carpeting looks incredible. I was so impressed with how omite, professional and empathic he was and how well things turned out. Already have him coming up on my schedule in two months for Christmas cleaning. I’m truly impressed,

The team was very kind and professional. They communicated a spot on my sofa that couldn’t be removed. I was really impressed that they took the time to locate an alternate way to get their supplies to clean my deck furniture - as opposed to dragging tools through the inside of my home. It was the best experience.

Then second time they came out they sent Mr Frank! He did the job right and Maude my 4 yr old carpet look almost brand new! Thank you Frank and thank you Stanley steamer in Chattanooga for having this young man on your team!

Jason Sanders and his crew both Mike and Jonathan, were absolutely outstanding! I called them because of a foul smell coming from my vents, and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue.

Even though there were delays in getting started due to things outside of their control, they were so patient with me and incredibly kind throughout the process. Their communication and follow-up were excellent, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

Not only did they find and fix the problem that another HVAC company couldn’t, but they also put my mind completely at ease. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

I was very pleased with Alexzander & Michael. They introduced themselves to me & shook my hand. They were very friendly & knowledgeable of what they were doing. Answered all of my questions & explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The two young men worked hard to clean my kitchen tile floor. I did not get their names. The white fellow seemed to be the one in charge. He was knowledgeable about doing the job. The black man may have been new, but he should have wiped the grout off my baseboards and washing machine. I will do that tomorrow myself.
The white man left his area neat and clean.
I am saying all this to help the black man to improve on his next job.

These guys know what they're doing! Frank & James transformed our black carpet to looking brand new. We couldn't believe it! Don't buy new carpet because they can handle any job! They are great.

Samuel did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We moved in about 18 months ago. We had the carpets cleaned by a different company before we moved in. There was a stain that they did not get out. Honestly I had given up on the carpet in our bonus room. I had planned to replace it in a few month. But after Samuel finished, I have reconsidered. He got the stain out and the carpets look excellent. I don’t plan to replace any of the carpet he cleaned any time soon. I plan on getting our upstairs carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemers once a year now.

I have been working on stains on my kids' carpets for a year and cannot believe how fast they got them out. Amazing results for the price, super easy to schedule online, both Aaron and Jessica were professional. I will probably bring them back 1-2x a year!
