This is the second time to use Xtrax and we have been delighted at the Great Job they have done each time. The service tech was On Time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. This cleaning left our whole house smelling fresh and we didn't have to tip toe around an wet carpets for hours after it was done. It Was Totally Dry soon after the job was done. Great at removing stubborn stains too. I highly recommend Xtrax.

Dakota and Nathaniel cleaned carpet for me and did an excellent job. Stains that I did not think would ever come out looked amazing. I had thought I would have to replace the carpet but I was pleasantly surprised at the difference they made in it. They were very professional and completed the job very quickly. Will use this company again!

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned for too many years and the living room carpet was in terrible shape, but NO MORE! Dakota and Kayla did a fantastic job on all of the carpets: living room and 12 stairs were heavily traffic stained, the dining room and three bedrooms had traffic pattern wear but nothing like the main rooms. Dakota and Kayla worked so well together, wasted no time getting to work and divided up rooms and got it all done in about 2 hours! Our bedroom carpets look almost new, everything looks so great and smells so fresh and clean. Kayla is a dynamo and when she wasn't satisfied with the results after cleaning the stairs, she insisted on going over them a second time. There is no doubt in my mind, anyone needing carpets cleaned should definitely call Xtrax. Keith worked with me on scheduling around our weird schedules and everything from beginning to end was excellent. Thank you!

Wow! 5 star ratings mean absolutely nothing. Called and talked to Keith and he sent Dakota for an estimate. I told him if he didn't think it would come clean to let me know so I don't waste his time or my money. Said it shouldn't be a problem to clean. Well, they spent an hour on 3 bedrooms, a hall and stairs. I sincerely believe they vacuumed it and sprayed air freshener. Told the technician Dakota i was not happy, they really like the phrase wear and tear for stains they dont remove, and he took my money and left....DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
So haven't heard from xtrax, still no invoice sent for payment (specifically asked if they would email and was told yes). Vacuumed my home after they left and looked like my vacuum was full of some materials that resembled some sort of course powder, I guess my vacuum is stronger than their equipment. Oh BTW when the technician says he has stairs and a hallway and he'll be finished. Get in your car and leave and return in 4 minutes and they'll be sitting in their van with equipment loaded and A/C on ready to go.

This team did an excellent job! I had two rugs and all the upstairs carpets cleaned. They were very professional and I am happy with the work.

This company has a 5 star rating for a reason (ok 4.9 - 5.0 come see, come saw). Our carpets have not been cleaned for about 15 years, and of course used every day. This includes raising 3 dogs, visiting grandkids, etc. The imported wool area rug has never been cleaned (it was purchased prior to the move here and used in our last home, and never cleaned) I didn't realize how dirty and discolored it had become. It is like we now have a new $1,000 wool rung! Additionally, the bedroom carpets look new. I'm so glad we cleaned instead of buying new. I made the appointment for the service after speaking with Keith on phone. He is very easy to talk to and knows about carpets having been in the business 20 years. Dakota is the technician who came to the house performing the service. He is the Head Tech for the business and knows a load about carpet care, cleaning, stain encapsulation, and so forth. Not only that but efficient, and even more than that, likable. I can't say enough good about how happy and satisfied with this company and the interactions we had with them. I recommend them!!! And NO my wife or I have never laid eyes on either of them, or talked to them prior to me calling, after looking up carpet cleaning companies on Google.

Thank you to Xtrax, Keith Collins and his amazing crew! They did a wonderful job cleaning 6 classroom carpets at our school. We reached out for a quote so we could split the cost among 6 teachers and they amazingly offered to complete the project free of charge as one of their community projects. Our carpets are put to the test yearly with kindergartners and the Xtrax crew gave us a fresh, clean start to this upcoming year.

Needed a quick cleaning before a showing appointment. I spoke with Keith and shared what we needed. Not only did he work us into their schedule the next day before our scheduled showing, he also beat the other quotes I had received. The floor was left looking fantastic, smelling great, and dry!

Xtrax came out today and did a fabulous job. I forgot the color that my couch and carpet were and they very efficiently removed stains that my elbow grease simply couldn’t touch. I had used Home Depot rental equipment to steam clean my carpets in the past, but they did not measure up - and they do not try to break your bank either. Highly recommend and will be using again.

I've hired many carpet cleaning companies in my 70+ years. Xtra- Dry Carpet Cleaning was without question the best experience I've ever had. We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and carpet cleaning was the last chore after the remodel. Carpets looks BRAND NEW. You can't ask for more. Keith the owner is a great guy and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!!

My boss uses Xtrax for all of their carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Everyone that works there is friendly and does a great job.
