I cannot recommend Grout Medic of Chattanooga enough! I needed a refresh in both of my showers, and I am so happy I went to Grout Medic. Mike, the franchise owner, was very responsive, answering all of my questions, and flexible with the scheduling. Andrew was also fantastic, he took the time to do the job right and to a high standard.

Mike Letchworth was wonderful from start to finish. The first appointment and consultation was timely and the appointment to do the work was perfect. They arrived exactly as they said and finished the project in one instead of 2 days. Mike followed up to make sure we were 100% happy, I had a couple issues, he came the next day to check, got a plan together and came back and did make everything perfect. Very professional and I will definitely use the grout medic of Chattanooga again in the future.

Grout Medic did a fantastic job overhauling the grout in our walk-in tiled shower. They replaced several hundred linear feet of grout with nonporous epoxy grout and cleared out the weeps in the drain that were clogged with over grout by the original installer. The result is a finish that looks amazing and doesn't retain moisture that leads to mildew and constant cleaning. We could not recommend strongly enough!

I had my master bathroom redone 3 years ago by a local company (Wilkerson Tile). They were a nightmare to work with. They unfortunately did a poor job with the grout work. The grout on the floor started to chip and pop out only 2 years after install and looked awful. I pursued many options to get that company to remedy the situation. They dodged my calls repeatedly. I was afraid I was facing an expensive repair. There's a heated floor there and I did not want that ruined or have to be replaced. Luckily, I happened to see an ad for The Grout Medic. They did a fantastic job tearing out the poorly installed grout and installed a higher quality epoxy grout. The work was done in a day and it looks wonderful. They helped take care of the underlying issue with the shifting tiles as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our tile and grout was definitely not sealed when the tile got installed years ago. It had become not only gross but also very damaged and cracked. Who knew how much a house could move and cause all that grout to completely come apart after such a short time?! Not to mention how dirty it got because it couldn’t really get cleaned! The Grout Medic team came in and not only restored my tile and grout to its original glory, but also cleaned it!! And they caulked along seams that should’ve been caulked and never had grout in them to begin with. Since houses do move so much, the caulk flexes and moves with the house and now looks so good! No more cracks. Clean grout and clean lines! In the shower and along the floor by the shower. It all looks so wonderful!

I reached out for grout repair work in a shower. Mike did an excellent job explaining my options and his team executed the project well. Repaired/sealed all wall tiles and replaced all the grout in floor. Shower looks great!

I had several issues with my 10 year old walk-in tile shower. I thought about trying to do the cleanup and repair myself but then saw a sign for the Grout Medics. They were very upfront, communicated continuously, and did a great job. They were also prompt and were extremely careful to not make a mess as they did all the work. I can highly recommend them if you have grout issues.

Mike with The Grout Medic went above and beyond with the repair of our shower door / grout leak. The ingenuity that it took to customize a new door pivot hinge was amazing. This allowed the door to be lifted enough for a new seal to be installed that pushes the water back into the shower vs onto the floor. Mike’s engineering mindset allowed for a very positive experience and resulting 5 star review by this satisfied customer.

I am pleased to highly recommend The Grout Medic. The owner conducted an on-site consultation and provided a comprehensive estimate, outlining their approach to the project. The terms were satisfactory, and the project was promptly scheduled. Throughout the project, I was impressed by their diligent work ethic. Upon completion, the shower was transformed, appearing brand new due to the steam cleaning, regrouting, and sealing. Additionally, they regrouted the kitchen backsplash and effectively resolved the issue. I was struck by their attention to detail and unwavering professionalism.

Extremely satisfied with The Grout Medic’s diagnostic and restoration services. Initially thought it best to simply re-do our entire tiled shower. It’s 20 years old. Discovered that our existing tile is no longer made in style or size so replacing it to match the other tile in the bathroom was not possible. Called The Grout Medic to see what they could offer. Diagnosed a moisture problem along the perimeter that extended up from the floor about 6” that was likely caused by plugged weep holes in the drain assembly. Assured us they could fix that problem and clean/recaulk the entire shower to a nearly new look for about 10% of a new tiled shower. Mike and Nick worked almost non-stop from 8a-8p. Very satisfied with the final outcome. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Grout Medic makes sure that you are happy with their work. The consultation with Mike was thorough and he was so patient helping me choose grout colors and making the experience stress free. Andrew and Will did a fantastic job with the bathroom floor, shower, and laundry room. I didn’t think it would be possible to make the shower floor look clean again since it was improperly installed and very porous. But they managed to do it. Big huge thank you to Andrew and Will for making that happen. The best part about Grout Medic is that they are clean and very respectful of your home. I would not hesitate to use them again. All three of them are very kind and true professionals.

The Grout Medic is the perfect name for this company. Our tub and shower tile were sick - improperly installed by a previous contractor, with overly porous grout that had cracked all around the tub. The old grout was impossible to keep clean and did not provide a good water barrier. Andrew arrived on time, was kind and friendly with my pets, worked quickly, and fixed all the issues we were having. The price was very reasonable too. Now the shower looks better than it did when it was new, and I did not know our tiles were this shiny!

We had poorly installed grout that unfortunately cracked within a year of install by a different tiler. Couldn’t get him to show up to repair. The Grout Medics were recommended from my neighborhood FB site and I’m so glad they were. They were amazing from start to completion. Received a quickly scheduled quote. Had competent, knowledgeable and very courteous staff. And the job was completed better and quicker than expected. Would absolutely recommend.
