I thought this was a great cleaning company when we signed our contract a couple years ago. But for the year 2020 it's been horrible! After months of cleaning NOT being done according to contract I wouldn't recommend them under any circumstances. NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CANNOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS SET BY THEIR OWN SUPERVISORS. TRUTH!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A BIG 0

During an expansion of my offices at Greyhaven Realty Management Co, my Landlord and I negotiated new terms for the additional space; since cleaning was an original part of my lease if I added the additional space, Greyhaven would take over the offices being professionally cleaned.
I met Rebecca Bursch with Office Pride at BOMA and BNI Lookout Chapter. I was very impressed with Rebecca’s desire to be the best cleaning company in Chattanooga and how serious she was about professional cleaning. The safe products Office Pride uses was another plus in my search. Because we only wanted our office cleaned once per week, many cleaning companies did not want to work with my company, our account was too small. Rebecca was excited to work with Greyhaven and our business relationship began.
It is so nice to see a commercial cleaning company like Office Pride who is concerned with customer satisfaction, even if you are one of the smaller accounts. Office Pride checks on their cleaners to make sure they are cleaning to Office Prides standards and if you do have a problem, they are on it right away. There has never been a phone call that was not answered promptly and professionally and all questions or problems are handled immediately.
Chattanooga has many commercial cleaning companies, but Office Pride is by far the best.

Office Pride has taken care of our Chattanooga facility for several years now on Shallowford Road. They are precise, very efficient and always help me for specific needs when they arise.

Fifteen years on no professional cleaning on our two carpets. Our attempts were not great, so we called Xtrax Dry. I was impressed. They did a great job, very efficient, and we did not have to wait for the carpets to dry. I think I'll get them back before another 15 years.

I had both bedroom carpets cleaned and 3 large area rugs taked to their building to clean. One was a dirty old berber carpet that looks like new. They replaced old pads with new ones I bought and were great about placing and trimming the pads. They called before arrival and arrived early. Very professional, friendly and good work. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone that asks.

Xtrax cleaned our carpets and area rugs, all of which are subject to high traffic from pets and kids. Their team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job removing stains that we didn’t think could ever come out. They were reasonably priced, and they were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Xtrax exceeded our expectations in every way. We will certainly use them again in the future!

Highly recommend! Showed up on time, got right to work, did fantastic job! Dry process is really amazing. We were moving into new home and were considering replacing carpets, but most were like new, only a few spots. After they left all looked like new!
