Not for outdoor rugs.
We have taken several of our light use rugs to them and they have done a fantastic job. The rugs come back looking perfect, and the company is easy to work with.
Recently I took them a heavily soiled 8x10 indoor/ outdoor cotton rug from west elm that I had loaned out. (It was on a covered porch.) They did call to tell me they didn’t think they could get it totally clean, but that it would come back sanitary clean. Usually I have just taken this rug to a coin op car wash and sprayed it off, which works beautifully, so I wasn’t worried, knowing how easily it cleans up. The rug still looked really dirty and dark when I got it back, and I kept vacuuming it and getting more and more stuff out of it. They said it was some sort of material they add during the cleaning process.

I wanted to put the rug inside this time, and it was too dirty looking and feeling for me to want to do that, so I hosed off the rug with a pressure washer on the gentle setting (I’m almost 6 months pregnant so I didn’t want to clean it myself originally) and it looks brand new. I could have saved myself $200 because I ended up cleaning the rug myself after I got it back anyway.

I will continue to take them my light use indoor rugs. I’ve been thrilled with them up till now, and with a baby on the way I am sure we will continue to need our rugs cleaned periodically, but if you have a big rug on your porch, save yourself some money and just throw it over your car at the car wash and hose it off. It’ll be cleaner and cheaper than taking it here.

Jonathan and Michael were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking technicians. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace and clean our air ducts, keeping us informed about each step of the process. Not only were they courteous but also had a great sense of humor. And, they completely cleaned up after the work. We are very pleased with the work.

Mike and Jeff are extremely efficient. They arrived on time and proceeded to review the specific items that we scheduled today. They thoroughly explained what they would be doing and were very respectful of our home. Our carpets and rugs look brand new and smell so clean. Mike also took time to explain how he can clean and seal our hardwood floors in our new home, which we will schedule for Mike to do once our household goods are unpacked.
