I requested to have an appointment scheduled online and Tommy reached out to me the same day. He informed me that Ryan would be my technician and he arrived on time. He serviced my dryer vent and installed a metal pest resistant cover that matches my siding. Ryan did an awesome job and was wonderful to work with. Technician Ryan was exceptionally professional, friendly, and meticulous in his work, ensuring every detail was handled with precision. He replaced an extended dryer run that had been damaged by a lightning strike, running all-new aluminum dryer ductwork to a newly created vent opening through the exterior wall and brickwork. The final result looks amazing—clean, secure, and expertly installed. He ended up having a difficult job to do because of the existing setup with the house, and handled it with a smile on his face. I cannot express enough how great he was and how happy I am with his work. 10/10, give the man a raise :)

Very good service and complete rebuild of my dryer vent which was formerly a complete mess. The job was completed within the time frame previously promised. The cost was reasonable. Materials used were the best quality.

He was professional, explained the process i detail. Ryan went into the crawl space and discovered a potential fire hazard for my home.
