I highly recommend calling them as they were willing to work with my schedule.

They have repeatedly put dumpsters on my property and I have called and told them to remove it. They say they will once emptied, but they just put it right back. It's been a couple months of this game and it's still on my property. I also don’t appreciate the damage they have done to my curb.

I appreciated that she went over and beyond by texting me from her personal phone and when I called that number back she answered. Even on her day off. When you call make sure to ask for Shelby because I know she will take care of you.

Great company to work with! They had excellent and timely service when it came to providing a dumpster & hauling off the waste.

Recommended by my contractor, I placed my WTT order and deposit two weeks prior to a small remodeling job was to begin at my house in Red Bank.

The dumpster didn't arrive in the morning. I called to check, WTT team said is was on the way, so no big deal. Two hours later, I texted. There was a mechanical issue with the truck, they said, but it will be there in an hour. No problem, I said.

Mind you, there was a growing pile of debris in my driveway by now, which would have to be handled twice, but still, as long as the dumpster gets there, I was fine.

Two hours later, no dumpster.

I text, no answer.

I text again, no answer.

I call the main line at 3PM and they tell me the dumpster is still scheduled to arrive that day.

The contractors finished demolition at 5PM. I called and told WTT to cancel the dumpster and give me a refund. What a pain.

If you're a homeowner or business owner, I'd recommend using Tennessee Waste Haulers for dumpster rentals. They did some work for my fiancee (now wife) a couple of years ago and were friendly and professional.

I also recommend Junk Dawg, who I used to haul away the debris left in my driveway where the WTT dumpster was supposed to be.

We Talk Trash Dumpsters is a great company to rent a dumpster from. We use them quite often in our line of business and I can tell you they were quick, responsive, professional, and affordable vs competitors. 10/10 would recommend them.

From the initial phone call, to inquire about renting a dumpster, until after the “clean up” was completed and the dumpster was picked up....we were treated with the most professional care!
