Lanny’s was hired by a resident’s daughter to clear out and clean her father’s residence in order for new furniture to be delivered. He was on time and efficient! He completed the job in a timely manner and the resident very satisfied. Will be adding him to our vendors list for future projects.

I got my house, concrete driveway, and front porch power washed and they did an amazing job. Everything was covered in spiderwebs, cobwebs, and dirt, but when they finished the house looked great — super clean and fresh. He came out, gave us a free estimate, and even did the job the same day. He was very friendly, respectful, and the price was extremely fair. Very professional, fast, and thorough.
