Kris did an amazing job and was super nice through and through. He even had the struggle of dealing with his allergies while cleaning my carpets due to my animals but never complained and was just extremely sweet the entire time. I definitely would recommend zerorez and specifically Kris to anyone with carpets!!

I had some carpet cleaning done, he did an excellent job.The gentleman was very friendly and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I will us Zerorez again and I would highly recommend them to others.

Our tech did a GREAT job. He was professional and courteous. We’re getting the house ready to put on the market and the carpey has never looked better!

I had a large area rug cleaned by them and it took over a month. Very disappointed in the look and smell of the rug when it returned. It’s a Persian rug, the fibers are ruined and parts of the rugs are warped. Not only was turn around time long, they give you zero communication.
I spent two hours on the phone just trying to track down my rug bc they had me in their system as a different person and address and also hadn’t called or emailed any kind of updates (like they said they would) in two weeks after rug pick up. They picked up the rug 4/24 and I just got my rug back 6/5. Communication is awful and the rug came back in a worse condition in smell and appearance. Drop off was supposed to be 9-10 after it reached 11 still no rug. I had to reach out to find where my rug was. Drop off didn’t happen until after 2 o’clock. Would never recommend this company.

I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for four rooms and a duct cleaning service and was told last week that servicing up to the fourth floor would not be an issue. When I called back to confirm, I spoke with Dee, who suddenly stated they would not go above the second floor. When I explained what I had previously been told, she became immediately rude and dismissive.

Before I could even finish speaking, she hung up on me.

I called back right away. Dee answered the phone and refused to say a single word—just silence. I called again later, and only then was I able to get her name. She was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and hostile, refused to let me speak to anyone else, and would not provide any additional information or explanation.

Hanging up on a customer and then refusing to speak when they call back is completely unacceptable. This experience showed a total lack of professionalism and basic customer service. If this is how customers are treated before a service is even scheduled, I can’t imagine how issues would be handled afterward.

I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone.

Update- Not one spot was actually cleaned. Every single spot is just as black as it was. I even go bare feet on the carpet. I had these carpets cleaned for an elderly client. It took a week to dry, even though they said three days. Since I run the household, I am quite busy and I'm just now remembering I left a good review 4 months ago. I'll just clean it myself.

We were happy with our cleaning. What I didn't expect was for the price to be double what was initially quoted. I made sure to tell them upfront over the phone that my client had dark spots and dark areas of foot traffic. When he got there the price more than doubled bc he said we needed a different treatment. My client went ahead with the service and we were pleased with the way it looked. I told them it was very dirty so they should have quoted a higher price over the phone to begin with.

Our technician Chris is a star! He is that wonderful combo of professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was patient with our questions, explained things well, didn’t rush us, and then got to work, producing excellent results. We are very pleased!

Sharon cleans our office and does a FANTASTIC job EVERY TIME!!! She is also so kind to us. We appreciate all her hard work! Highly recommend Jani-King. They come to the office once a month to make sure you are satisfied with their service and they look over everything. Whenever we have requested for anything to be done differently, it is always corrected the next visit. The managers that attend those visits are very friendly as well!
