Consumers beware. I sent a text message, an email, and left a voicemail regarding issues with no response. I was charged for 2 rooms with pet stains when I only had one. I was up charged for “scrubbing/brushing” my carpet. I was told that if I did not pay the extra charge then it would be like putting shampoo on my hair without scrubbing it. Typically scrubbing the carpet is part of the cleaning. The tech was an hour late getting started and rude. I was in a bind because I needed my carpet cleaned that day and did not have time to cancel and reschedule with another agency so I agreed to the cleaning. I did however expect to have clean carpet in the end. The most concerning issue is that it took 3 days to dry with fans going 24/7. It now smells sour. The odor is pungent and can be smelled from the front room of our home. After cleaning, it has an odor that it did not have before. Lastly, I was charged nearly twice the price quoted prior to the service for 3 year old carpet that had minimal staining.
After 12 days of waiting to be contacted by the company for a resolution we are having to pay another agency to clean our carpet again. Choosing Zerorez may be a costly mistake.

The tech was courteous and prompt. He explained everything thoroughly. The carpet looked awesome after he was done. I hope I can keep it that way for a while. A little on the pricey side but the results are hopefully worth it. Thanks Chris!

Very pleased with Duct cleaning service; Chris was great, informed me all the way as to what was being seen coming out of the ducts, was very pleasant and courteous, also suggested cases where I might need to protect items from debris coming out of ducts etc. Would recommend this compsny for this service.

I am happy with the service I received from Zerorez. I got the 3 room special, Kris was on time, very polite and respectful. He offered and helped me move some furniture out of the way. I was offered a NO PRESSURE up charge for a DEEP CLEANING PRE-SPRAY which I took for 2 rooms. I have 2 large dogs myself and others that come to visit 2 or more times a month. I don't know how the cleaning would have been without it but my carpets looked really good when he finished. I do recommend them and will use them again without the up charge next time.

They did a great job of cleaning my carpet. Arrived at time they said they would be here. Explained what he would be doing, asked if I had questions, answered questions and started cleaning carpet. Love that you offer so many different services.

Not at all happy with results. Carpet does not look any better, if anything, looks worse. Left stiff as
tho it has soap residue left in it. Would not consider using your company again.

David from Zerorez did an amazing job at my house. I have a 2 dogs that have accidents on the carpets and track in a lot of mud from outside. He cleaned them to perfection. I was blown away by the results and the best part is that my carpets don't smell anymore. Thank you David and thank you Zerorez!
