I used this company and the man Will Smith did the work, he was very professional and he let me know step by step what was gonna happen and what each process was gunna do and how it worked. I was very impressed and happy. The carpet turned out amazing and I would highly recommend this company as well as Will to my friends and anyone looking for a good quality value for the carpets. Alex Conn was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional in his entire process of getting my carpets cleaned. They look great!

My 2 Oriental rugs also look terrific ! They took these to their shop to clean and returned the next week.

They also cleaned the padded seats of my 6 dining room chairs and a couch and 2 other chairs.

Our experience with this company was fantastic. They sent us their best technician, Will. He was superb. We just moved into a new house and the place was filthy. He came and did his magic. Believe me, after he left, the carpets were clean and my mind was at ease. Best service ever. Would highly recommend this company and especially Will.

This was my first experience having professional upholstery cleaning, and the bar has been set high! The website was easy to navigate - including booking and quoting. They had appointments available on several different days and times, which was convenient for me. Julian F was extremely professional from the first moment of contact. He explained what he would be doing next and was so polite throughout the entire process. He clearly went above and beyond to provide an awesome result. I am very happy with the experience and will be recommending to my friends!

Michael came and cleaned my carpet and stairs today and he did an EXCELLENT job! He was very professional and thorough. I had several questions as to which package was right for my family as I have a husband with allergies, a new baby, and a puppy. He did a great job recommending the perfect cleaning for us! We will definitely be calling him back to clean our carpets again and our hardwoods! Thanks again for the great work!

I have two area rugs that had stains and odor from several years of having pets. James S. showed up on time, and gave a price on how much it would be to clean the rugs. The price was reasonable, and he did a great job cleaning both rugs. He made sure we were happy with the work before payment. Overall, we’re happy with the quality received and would use them again!

I had two carpets, three rugs, a couch, and a recliner that one of their technicians, Austin cleaned! I had originally called and had Stanley Steamer come out and clean, and they just didn't get the job done. He was professional, well groomed, very upbeat, kind, and an incredible help. All of our odors and stains are completely gone. He worked hard to guarantee we were fully satisfied. He spoke about second mile and six star service which are two terms I've never heard before. He said he thought of six star service after giving it his all and people decided 5 stars was impossible. I'll say, he really killed it here! Our house looks and smells wonderful thanks to him. I highly recommend him!

Gentleman who came out for the estimate was professional and kind, looked at our issue (a portion of our carpet was flooded and we were worried about mold) and instead of trying to convince me we should get a cleaning that wouldn't solve the root problem, he instead recommended both a professional and DIY solution within my budget so my home could be properly cleaned. I'm keeping their number on hand for the honesty alone, and would have happily paid for the estimate alone.

Rashid was kind and helpful and did a wonderful job on my carpet cleaning. There were a couple of small stains left that I asked him to come back and re-do and he scheduled a prompt appointment with me to ensure I had what I needed. When I had to reschedule our second appointment, he was very easy going and understanding. Great customer service from Rashid!
