We have had a great experience working with James Cassety at Quality Pro Power Washing in Chattanooga on multiple exterior projects (they washed the house prior to us painting). Our painting crew commented on the quality of the work as being excellent.

Jeovani of Quality Pro did a FANTASTIC job on my house, concrete and decks. He worked steadily and diligently, sometimes going over things multiple times until it was perfect. And on his way out, he did some landscaping blocks, my garbage cans, and even my mailbox! This is the 2nd time I have used Quality Pro, and I will definitely give them a call when I need some work done again.

QualityPro did a fantastic job! I previously had a guy ruin my front door and have been leery to hire again. A friend Kay Huggins recommended them and they did awesome! I will definitely use them again.

Quality Pro did some fleet washing for us. They were fast, friendly, and professional and the end result was fantastic. I would highly recommend Rick and his team to anyone needing their services.

Tyler came out and did the house that had not been pressure washed in a long time. He did an awesome job and at a great price. He was very professional, right on time and was very detailed in his work. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. I've hired others before that charged more and didn't do near the job that he did. He was also very easy to make an appointment with and easy to talk to.

The guys were really good, very thorough. They are the best I have used. They took care of everything that I asked and did not harm anything. Left the house looking great. It is always a good sign when people take price in their work....when the guy left and pulled across the road, he stopped and looked back at the house to see how great it looked! Great job.

First time having my driveway and sidewalk professionally power washed and could not be happier. So professional and treated my property with care. Hugh thank you to the 2 gentleman who did the power washing. Wish everyone I hired was as professional as these guys. Rick the owner was so nice he called to make sure I was happy and everything went exactly how it should. I'm giving you 10 stars.

I was struggling on finding who could clean my carpet,
some companies don't answer phone calls, texts or don't attend the appointment for any reason, SAFE-DRY really helped me, I booked their services by the morning and they showed up at the scheduled time THE SAME DAY.

I am editing my original review, After rescheduling my appointment, Noah showed up on time, even a little early and did a great job on our carpet. They did honor their promised discount as well. Thank you for doing a great job!
Original post...I would not recommend them, I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning at 1030, I called on Friday afternoon to verify my appointment and time and was told all was good. Saturday morning 1030 , no one shows, I tried to call the office several times , no answer. Around 1215 one of their Technicians, Noah, called and stated that they were running very behind due to someone calling in sick. Ok, I get it.. things happen, I was not happy that this was not communicated sooner but I get it. They offered 20% off and I was told that they could not get to me until 2 or later, I had scheduled an appointment at 2 that afternoon, after talking with the tech, I rescheduled my appointment for earlier and was assured that he would be there after my appointment and they "would make it happen". I sent the tech a message when I left my appointment letting him know I was headed home and to let me know when he would be there, this was around 315.. At almost 430 I get a call from the tech telling me that they would not be able to get to me that day and that I would have to reschedule because they don't work after 5. I'm sorry but if you are backed up and have appointments scheduled, you make arrangements and work til the jobs are done. They offered me 20% off of my service for the inconvenience and the next appointment they could offer was the following Friday. I feel like they way they handled the situation was not professional, when I spoke to Noah's supervisor Lindsey, she was rude and offered no apologies.. I definitely would not recommend them based solely on the way this situation was handled.

Call ahead to confirm your appointment time. Noah did a good job on the carpets including a set of stairs. It definitely took more than one hour for the carpets to dry. My appointment was scheduled on a Monday at 9:00.
When no one showed up by 9:45, I called twice and was told that they were having computer issues and someone would call back. No one ever called me or my husband back. The technician showed up at 12:40 with no advance warning. Fortunately, I was at home. They gave me 20% off the total price as a goodwill gesture because of the scheduling issue.

Ethan was wonderful and the experience was excellent. He showed up on time he was polite courteous and did an extremely good job cleaning and removing some very tough stains from my carpet. Highly recommend!

Alex was awesome, very conscientious. He took the extra time needed to thoroughly deep clean our carpets & educated us about carpet care. He also sold us the hypoallergenic deep clean treatment, which we hadn't considered before his arrival & explanation of its value. We highly recommend Alex if you need your carpet cleaned. He deserves a raise!

The service tech, Alex, was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and finished the job quickly and thoroughly. We are very pleased with our carpets and our tile. I would use SafeDry again and I highly recommend them.

Update, after I called, they gave me a free rewash. I take it and the smells went out. Thank you!

Online estimate is $30 for a room. Then I called and double checked, they said the minimum payment is $49. It’s a little bit different but still okay. So I made an appointment for 8am in the morning and the technician was like 30minutes late. Told me it’s $105 for this cleaning, cause my room looks 45ft. And I asked how much is a ft, he said a dollar!!! You only charge $88 for 3 rooms!! That’s ridiculous! After I mentioned that I called and was told the minimum payment should be $49 if I only have one room to be cleaned. He said, alright then I can get this done for $69. I was in hurry to leave for my work. So Paid and he let me signed with no price on the list and no details on what kind of service I would get before the cleaning. He said I would receive an email receipt but never got one. when I come back home at night ,my house smells like a sheep farm! Especially the room!!! Can’t understand how these people doing their business!

Our first Safe Dry representative who came to clean our rug did not do a good job. We were very disappointed but the manager called us and then sent Daniel to re-do the job. Daniel was respectful, kind and, more than anything, he did a very thorough job. I truly appreciated his efforts and I appreciate the company making things right.

Will smith did an outstanding carpet cleaning job for us! He was prompt, efficient, and very mannerly and courteous. Took the time to explain all the options available for what we needed!

We had Alex and a new trainee come to our home for the second time in 3 months. Our carpet is lite and the high traffic areas can become a challenge if left unattended. They did an outstanding job at removing stains and grime from the dining/kitchen area and the house smelled great when they were done. We were so satisfied that we have agreed to the maintenance agreement to ensure that the carpets receive the best treatment to clean and protect them. Thank you Alex and staff.

Great communication from the second I requested a quote on the web. Miles showed up on time and the next day. He was professional and polite. He talked through everything before I agreed to the cleaning. The carpet and rug looks great!

The technician, Nick did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. He explain the process and exactly the cost of service, so at the end I knew exactly what I was going to be paying; no hidden cost.
