These guys are the absolute best. My duplex flooded due to a drainage issue and these guys really hooked me up. They went way, way out of their way both for me, and for my tenants. I will definitely use them in the future.

I reached out to several companies across Chattanooga and Safe-Dry checked all the boxes. We didn’t want to go with anything with a lot of chemicals and also wanted an option for allergenic services. Eddie came out this morning and was the definition of customer service and work ethic. Safe-Dry will prosper under his care. The service was great and my carpets are brand new again. He called to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early, which I appreciated, and cleaned 2 carpeted areas (400 sqft) within 1 hour. Now they look significantly better! Will Smith was my technician, and he was very professional and he informed me of everything he was going to do and what it all entailed. I felt very comfortable and at ease at to what was going to be done and when it was done he actually exceeded my expectations. I will no doubt refer him to my friends and family and also use him as my technician in the future. Daniel did a great job for sure, very kind and professional. The only complaint I have is, I was expecting the carpet to be steam cleaned and suctioned clean. Felt a little misinformed by the secretary that answered my call when I booked the appointment but as far as the service and Daniel he was great. The Carpet definitely looks better and smells better.

Hunter and And Safe Dry were fantastic. They were courteous, helpful and understanding. We only had 20 days to move and we didn’t have time to prepare. One of the rooms had become a total disaster and they preformed a total miracle. The floor looked like the only way was to tear out the carpets and start over but Hunter worked his magic and restored it to new.

Noah was very polite and did a good job. Take the online estimate with a grain of salt, the price was about double and you have to pay a service fee if you use a card. The carpet looked great at the end so hopefully it stays that way when it dries!

I had an amazing Technician, Kris, that came on time and did the job efficiently! I was able to access the washed rooms within no time! No long drying waits is definitely a plus. Definitely recommend. Worth the price too because I won’t need another cleaning for a good while!

Jeff Spencer was the certified technician that came out to do my carpets in Ooltewah. Not only was I impressed of how friendly he was, but his professionalism exceeded my expectations. I know nothing about carpets and he was able to answer any questions I had and also to help me with future tips on carpet cleaning. I am very grateful to have someone come into my home and care about cleanliness as much as me since I do have a baby to think about. Nicholas Blalock was my technician, and he did a fabulous job! He had knowledge of products, and knew just what I needed for my cleaning. I will be requesting him for my future cleanings. I am very satisfied with my results. I do recommend safe dry for an awesome carpet cleaning experience.

Between moving traffic and a huge gathering of friends our carpeted dining room and stairs looked horrible!!! Morgan came out today and did our whole home today and he did an absolutely amazing job!!! His demeanor is absolutely perfect for the job and he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We will DEFINITELY use Safe-Dry again and will recommend them to our friends and family!

I chose Safe-Dry because they were a local small business, and the fact that have a hypo-allergenic cleaning method. I was able to schedule online and received text updates to remind me of my appointment, and when they were on the way. I had the carpet in three rooms cleaned (main living area, bedroom with attached bathroom, and an additional bedroom). They were even able to get out a stain that was on our carpet when we moved in 6 years ago that we had tried to get out on our own many times with self-shampooing methods. Definitely worth it! They were friendly and efficient and were finished in under and hour and half. I definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

SafeDry has pretty good reviews that is why I selected them. I had them to clean one room and the staircase, about three or four stains. He could not remove stains on the stairs explaining some chemical reaction. Also, all the baseboard is now dirty from cleaning stairs and I need to clean baseboard. In addition, room is still smells. Anyway I grabbed a stain remover in a local store and work about 30 min on those two stains and they came off, almost invisible. Just thinking why did I pay $219?

Outstanding service. The tech was Will Smith of Chattanooga. Will arrived on time and was so incredibly polite and professional. His respect for my grandmother and her home was such a blessing. He was clean cut and neatly dressed.
Will explained the process and how long the whole appointment would take and he completed it within that time. My grandmother was so very pleased with Will and his knowledge of the process and his manners. I will highly recommend Will Smith and Safe Dry to the rest of the family and friends. I will be contacting him to make an appointment for my area rugs and living room furniture very soon. Her carpet and couch look brand new.
