Didn't show for the first appt. Came the next day but left before I could even get there.Had to reschedule again.

I'm an automotive technician, I was working while they were cleaning my carpets. When I'm working on a vehicle I do not answer my phone unless it's an emergency. The technician who cleaned my carpets blew up my phone at least 10 times saying he wasn't going to leave until he receives payment. All they had to do was send me an invoice and when I'm done working I could pay for it. I felt like I was being harassed, talk about bad customer service! To top it all off when I returned home from work come to find out that the carpet technician failed to clean the carpets in all three bedrooms like I had asked when I scheduled the service. I'm thinking it was done out of spite because he said he'd finish up when he received payment. So I payed for three rooms and only had 2 rooms done, unacceptable!!!! 😠

Our technician, Darien, was polite and finished quickly. Our carpet was genuinely improved. However, the technician was thirty minutes later than the time slot given. When I called to inquire I received no help from the receptionists. In fact, after being put on hold for 15 minutes I was treated rudely and then placed on hold again. I never received any help from the call center.

We recently had Zerorez clean the ductwork and vents for both of our HVAC units. It had been five years since the previous cleaning. We had noticed dust and dog hair accumulating in the vent covers, contributing to allergy issues. Our technician Kristopher worked diligently, was very friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this service!

We had 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 walk in closets, and a staircase all deep cleaned for a little over $600.

Chris was great, friendly efficient he covered every option to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would use this service again.

Chris came later than scheduled and arrived during a downpour! He was unable to do the scrubbing because the power had gone out 20 minutes before, of course. Good news he completed cleaning the carpets in the 3 bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairs. The rain stopped. The power came back on 30 minutes after he left. The carpet looked dingy and worn down flat and this cleaning brought back that “new” look, fresh smell, clean carpet. Hopefully, when I schedule the kitchen tile cleaning, the power stays on!

Our carpet looks great every time we get it cleaned. And the technician we have makes the experience even better this was his second time to our home and he was very courteous, communication is always on point he explains to us about tough areas to clean and gives options of wha would help. Great service

Our service technician was the BEST!! knowledgeable, friendly and caring!!! Will differently ask for him to come back and do his magic with the cleaning of the couch!!!

Fabulous technician (Chris) cleaned our badly soiled carpets and restored them to like-new. Will be employing Zerorez again in the future.

Clint was a fantastic technician, worked efficiently and treated water stains, coffee stains, crayon, and food stains immediately. He was kind and friendly to our busy family of 3 kids and a dog while he worked. He added a piece of furniture and a scotch guard service I had forgotten to add in the original estimate. Incredibly professional. Highly recommended!!!

First time using Zerores and I’m very pleased with the scheduling of the service, price, they showed up on time, the communication before and during the service and most importantly the cleaning. Had several places on our carpets that were stained and it appears they got all the stains up. The cleaning for 4 rooms, stairs and a hallway took just a little over an hour. He assessed the rooms we were having done, and explained our options. After Kris started, I did a few chores and came back. I was astonished at how great our carpets looked! Tobias explained everything to me before the work began. He worked nonstop, did a great job and cleaned up when finished. I was extremely pleased.

I waited over a week to review just hoping that the stains would disappear. Honestly, I believe my carpets are worse, the smells and stains are more noticeable! We upgraded to the better option which was triple or quote just to make sure that our carpets would be cleaned well and I'm extremely disappointed.
The guy who came out was awesome though!
