Russ Williamson and his team at Clean Right Solutions did a terrific job for us. We purchased a large manufacturing facility that needed a complete cleaning from literally the top down. The project took several weeks and the building is in a much better place now. As a result of their work we entered into an on-going cleaning agreement with Clean Right. Great work and service.

Russ did an excellent job refinishing the floor in our pharmacy. We moved some floor displays around that had been in the same place for years and had large spots in the floor underneath. He got the tile looking fantastic and made several passes until he knew the job was done well. I appreciated that the owner was the one to answer the phone when I called, he came out same day to give an estimate, and was there to do the job within a week of calling. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t try to upsell or push us into services we didn’t need. I would definitely use Russ at Clean Right again and recommend him to anyone.

The company I work for hired Clean Right Solutions to clean our office once a week a few months ago. They are flexible and always try to please the customer. We had an issue where the cleaning products being used were overpowering, so we asked if they could tone them down a little. On the next scheduled visit, they had alleviated that problem.

His work in cleaning our tile floors in the church fellowship hall and in deep cleaning the baths and kitchens including ozone cleansing for odors. Service was phenomenal. We (Ascension Lutheran Church in Chattanooga) had a very good experience with Clean Right Solutions. Our floors hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years, and now they look like new. The employees are great—very flexible in dealing with committees and such. We'll have them back very soon for additional rooms and maintenance.

Russ, the owner, of Clean Right Solutions, bid the job with confidence and after the job was complete it was obvious he knew exactly what was needed. Ryan, the lead, and the crew showed up early and Ave got right to work turning an impossible job into a miracle for our church! We recently acquired a 4,500 sq ft warehouse in Cleveland, Tennessee—previously a machine shop for 30 years, buried in metal shavings, oil, and grease. Their team tackled it with speed and skill, bringing in a rollback dumpster and hauling off two full loads of junk. The place went from a grimy mess to spotless! The crew were professional, pleasant, friendly, and respectful, making the whole process a joy to oversee as the maintenance supervisor. This was our first time using them, but they’ve earned our trust!

I was worried our vinyl composite flooring was ruined after a tenant moved out. I tried stripping it myself and realized I was not going to get a good result. I called Clean Right, they came out quickly for the estimate and then scheduled for the next week. The flooring looks like new now! Great service, reasonable pricing, and very professional staff. I highly recommend!

We use the Cleaning Authority every 2 weeks and they are very reliable and have been flexible with our schedule. It is so nice to come home to a clean house since we both work full time. They do a pretty good job and we like how they rotate the areas for a more detailed clean. Probably not as detailed as I would do but when you don't have time even a basic clean is nice.

2023 Update: We left Cleaning Authority and tried a couple other services and individuals and ended up coming back to Cleaning Authority. They are reliable, friendly, and always do a great job leaving our home spotless. I feel like I can trust them in my home. They are efficient, usually in and out in 1.5 hours. Today I’ll give a shout out to Amy and Angel for a job well done.
