We have been using the Cleaning Authority for at least 4 years now and I LOVE IT! This morning we were blessed to have Taaliyah and Laura to clean our home. Not only is their work awesome but their personalities are as well. We hope they will continue to be the team we get each month. Keep up the awesome work ladies!

They show up on time and are friendly. Our house looked great when they were finished cleaning.

I have Team 14 and they never disappoint! I try to make sure my surfaces are clear and floors are picked up so they always have the ability to get everywhere they need to get to clean. I have young kids and this team is always so sweet and patient with my chatty kiddos.

We had our first visit from The Cleaning Authority today. Michelle, Terri, and Ellie were very professional and thorough. My house is sparkling on the inside. I'm so happy with the work they did, very detailed cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

I used the Cleaning Authority years ago when my husband and I moved. We had them clean our move out rental and new (to us) house. They did a great job on both, so when I decided I needed help keeping my house clean, I called them. The crew they sent was very personable and they did an excellent job. They charge a bit more for your 'first' clean, but it was well worth it! I sat down in my clean house and for the first time in a very long time, I could just breathe!

Erin and Sam are amazing! We are very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. We have used The Cleaning Authority for a few years with consistent results. The team is always on time, considerate when we work from home, and leave each room sparkling. They even take the time to make our kids beds with their stuffed animals propped up. The kids love coming home after our "cleaning helpers" visit to see what their animals were up to. Truly so sweet! Thank you Erin and Sam for taking such great care of us.

Crystal & Allison are the best! They always show up, no matter the what the weather brings. They are thorough & efficient. They even make time to give my dogs some attention. Chewy & CoCo love them!

The team was fantastic. Michelle, Shannon and Rhonda did a fantastic job cleaning my home. They were very friendly. Got right to work. They did a thorough cleaning. I think they wiped down every surface in the home they could find! It'd take me hours to do what they did in an hour and I still wouldn't have been able to get it as clean as they did. I appreciate the job they did. 💯

April and Kennedy (sp? I’m sorry I didn’t ask!) came to do the first deep cleaning on my house today: they were incredible!!😎🎉

We have been using The Cleaning Authority Chattanooga to clean our house for almost 10 years. We are always impressed with the great care Taaliyah and Laura show our home! Our home is always spotless after they leave and the frequency of every other week is perfect for our family. The relationships we have built with our Cleaning Authority team is one of the main reasons we have been customers for almost a decade! Highly recommend!

We worked with this company for just under one year and had them come out every 2 weeks.

Sometimes they did a great job. Sometimes they didn’t. It would depend on who they sent here to do the cleaning. It wasn’t always consistent. Anytime the job wasn’t done well, the manager would come clean it herself. After yesterday’s cleaning attempt, we’ve decided to try to find a more dedicated and consistent cleaning company.

3 stars because their manager was always empathetic and picked up her team’s slack. If they didn’t have her, I would’ve cancelled a couple of months in. Edited to add: Their office does well at responding and staying in touch. It was easy to set up a first appointment and easy to cancel services.

Taaliyah and Laura are fantastic! Super hard workers, great communicators and very respectful. They also offer suggestions for us to better-maintain our home between cleanings as well! Our place always looks great when they are done. Thank you both!

We started using The Cleaning Authority about 2 months and it was the best decision ever! Team 6 with Sue, Tammy, and Sharon were our favorites so we've requested them as our preferred team. We've grown so found of them in the short amount of time. They are always so thorough, professional, and just all around sweet souls. There's nothing better than a clean home. I recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Team 3, Crystal and Allison, are absolutely amazing! They come in and clean as if it were their own home, treating us like family. Our lives would be upside down without them. Excellent service with floors so clean we could eat off of them!
