I can highly recommend these guys!
We’ve had trouble finding a septic company with manners until now! Scheduling was easy, guys were here and gone in a short time, and were very pleasant to speak with. We’ll definitely be using this company in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would have gave them 5 stars but they charged $300 for a small tank. Kool if that’s the price but also they told us at 9am then 12pm called at 1pm to tell us they would be here in 45 minutes. Not sure if they did have trouble with the truck or pump like Steve said or went somewhere else like his worker said. Sounded like they took other jobs before doing our, who knows for sure. Just leaving this review here for info. Other than that they pumped out the small tank in about 25m.

Amazing work, amazing expertise, and amazing people. I came home from a lengthy stay at the VA hospital to a complete field line failure. These wonderful human beings worked with a national veteran non-proffit to replace e my whole system. I was a Veteran in need and this company stepped up and helped. There are still good people running great companies out there. This is the perfect example.

In today’s time when it’s hard to trust people the Poop Dudes made it easy to trust them .. they came and pumped my tank and was very professional and friendly .. they gave us helpful advice as well ..They have a great price as well .. 5 Stars…

Heath was super helpful and explained things to me that really made understanding my septic problems more easy he snaked my lines and didn't even charge me I've had the run around so bad using another company who overcharged me it was so relieving that heath could help me without hurting my pockets too bad thankyou Heath we will only do business with yall from here on out!!! * Updated review* yesterday evening we had Shane and Ethan come out to us late in the evening just to help us unclog out septic system at no extra cost! They were so kind and they were able to unclog our septic system with ease! And gave me LOTS of helpful tips about maintaining our septic system were truly grateful that they helped us as much as they did. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to help with any septic issues you have look no further this company is obviously the better choice!

We had a tank that has not been pumped in about 10 years. Shane, Heath, Dakota and their crew had to dig down to the tank, cleaned it out, put risers on and cleaned up everything in under 3 hours. Very nice guys. Great communication, great response, great work, and a great company. We would recommend Poop Dudes at Rapid Rooter to anyone. It was a pleasure doing business with you and will be using you in the future.

Dakota came right on time and did a wonderful job. He had to work around flowers I had planted and he was careful not to disturb them. I felt he really cared about my flowers. He completed the job in a short amount of time. If I need someone to clear out my septic tank I will definitely call him again!

Dakota and his whole team do great work. They are friendly but will also shoot you straight on what needs to be done. They priced everything fairly and got the job done far quicker than I could have imagined. They are my new referral.

Heath, Big Shane and Dakota really helped me out of a jam. My septic tank was full and suddenly not draining. It was cold, raining and already after lunch when they started. These guys all worked together to fix the problem. They were quick and efficient. The price was fair and in line with their estimate. Great guys and great service, they had to install a riser, inspect our septic tank, and have there plumber come out and install a pump system all while we were in a tight spot with a new baby. Any issues or problems were handled very quickly and I appreciate all the work they did making our home functional and livable again. Thank you again Dakota and Shane I appreciate the work 👍🏼

This family owned business is great. Shane, Dakota, Heath and Chase are all easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They checked our field lines, located our septic tank, installed a new baffle and tank riser, and pumped our tank. Heath suggested some things to use to help the system work better. The total price was reasonable and I would recommend this company.

I appreciated their professionalism and their quick service. Highly recommend!!
