I called Poop Dudes / Rapid Rooter on Friday and Was given an Appointment to pump out my Septic System on Monday. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE to fit me in so Quickly !!!!! Heath and Brody came out first thing and Did an Excellent Job. Gave me some pointers and I would give them 10 Stars if they were available. It is So hard Nowadays to find a Company that isn’t trying to rip you off and or Their Customer Service isn’t up to par. Also Their Prices are VERY FAIR . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!!

Called for estimates on my septic and quickly realized they were going to run a game on me.
Luckily I hav a friend that works in plumbing and septic that gave me a better place that was actually honest and helpful… please do research first.

Needed a new water line attached to my house and came across these guys thru my neighbor. I am so happy I found them. Great communication, great group of guys, very happy with results. They did the excavation, upgraded the water lines, kept me in the loop during the entire process, and were affordable! Thanks Dakota and team!

I don’t know where to begin at how pleased we are. Shane, Dakota, Heath and all of the company are top shelf! We were looking to add a riser and service of our tank. We got service and a riser! No trying to up sale but gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. Work quality was excellent, answered all our questions and finally offered a very competitive price. To top it off they are just plain nice people! If you are looking elsewhere for this type of service and craftsmanship, stop, these are the folks you want! As far as I am concerned “ your number one when it comes to number two” Thank you!

I am pleasantly pleased with this company!! Brody & his crew were at my house for ample time trying to figure out what was going on with my pipes. Even in this cold weather they were proficient and hard working, and extremely nice & professional while doing their job!
