Refused to sell a part to me because I am not a licensed contractor.

That's just forcing people to call a service for no reason, and if I do have to call someone, I will specifically ask them to not buy the parts here.

Tried to call to get store hrs for holiday emergency job after the guy tells me they wont be open procedes to say "I dont give a damn what you got going on" as he hung up the phone....unprofessional if you ask me plus they never have my water heaters in on time still waiting for the 3rd week for one water heater....you guys are lames williams is better
