My realtor referred me to these guys and I'm referring them to you. They don't nickel and dime you. They don't charge you ×3 like rotor rooter will. They came out to check my sceptic and determined that a snaking would be the best option. The guys were friendly, professional, and honestly a hoot. They explained things to me to where I understood it, and told me the price up front and options to save on money. Definitely will use them again.

I contacted Dakota at first and he was very polite and gave me an amazing quote for the job. Then Heath and his partner came to the house and worked with me on where they could park in my yard. Fellas were professional and consultative through the whole process. We recently bought a home, new to septic systems. Wanted to make sure we were doing the right preventative maintenance and see if we needed tanks pumped. They came out and did an inspection, gave me their honest recommendations and were on their way. I will 100% be using Poop Dudes for any and every septic need I have in the future. We had an emergency today where our basement bathroom and garage was flooded w/nasty septic water. We called 19 business most of who offered "24hr service" but then told us that their trucks were full and they couldn't service until tomorrow. Jesse came to service our tank today and he was professional and kind. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
