We had our sectional cleaned by Knotts today and our service technician, Eli, did a wonderful job! Our sectional has never been cleaner!

I’m always impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Knott’s carpet cleaning service! Eli did a great job, was very punctual and courteous!

If I could give negative stars I would! I just moved into a house managed by Copper Key Realty and Management, whom hired this company before our arrival. The company apparently provided the management company a receipt, but that doesn’t mean that ANY work was done at all. Upon arrival to our new house, supposedly four days after the carpet was “cleaned” I could tell right away it wasn’t! I used my Dyson vacuum to see what I could pick up on my own and I was appalled! Two bags of cat and dog hair, dirt and litter! Its ridiculous! What carpet cleaning company doesn’t even vacuum the darn carpets before “cleaning” which I highly doubt they did! Now I have to come out of pocket for over $400 to have the carpets steam cleaned and a pet treatment applied on Christmas Day of all! I have a 1 yr old baby girl and 9 yr old son now breathing in all this hair and cat litter scent, which burns the throat and makes our allergies go crazy! This is really a great way to show a military member appreciation, thanks a lot! Can’t wait to move on already and we just moved here!

Our house was severely damaged on the December 9th tornado and a close friend recommended Knotts Restoration to us. They were at our house within hours of us calling to tarp and board. Through out the 6 months process of rebuilding, our contractor, Jason, has communicated everything and has been more than understanding with all the things that come with rebuilding our home! We have been able to be a part of the process and have all our questions answered any time of day and any small question. We got to move back in recently and even though everyone at Knotts was extremely busy with the flooding, they worked ALL day, then came to our house as promised on move in day so we could finally be back home like we had been looking forward to. They were at our house until 9 o clock at night just to make that happen for us. we could not have chosen a better company to go through this process together. We’re so grateful to Knotts Restoration for taking care of us sun up to sun down when we needed it most!

Eli cleaned my carpets upon moving out and was phenomenal despite finishing moving everything while he was there! Very professional, definitely recommend :)

Such a great team! Literally, everyone was so great to work with. Knotts has great communication, and can help to make a very stressful situation way less stressful! Reliable work, and thorough!

House fire a little while ago
Pros- nice, good communication, hard workers
Cons- unorganized, a lot of big ticket items damaged outside of the fire, pack out experience was a nightmare.

One thing I did appreciate is the honesty about things being wrong, no one pointed fingers at each other. Accountability was taken and dalliance was taken to make things right.

I called Knott’s Property a month and a half ago after our house flooded. We’ve used them for carpet cleanings so we called. They came out as soon as possible and my family was very pleased with how friendly and professional they were. They had great communication and let us know when they were on the way each time. They were helpful and transparent through every step. Reconstruction finished at my house the other day and they did an amazing job. They live up to their good reputation!!!!

I had my air vents cleaned and a repair done to an air duct. Nathan and his team where very professional, efficient and ignored the fact that my golden doodle barked the ENTIRE time🤦‍♀️

We had water damage from a busted pipe. They came out promptly and got our mess of a situation put back together again. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a company that cares about their clients!

my parents had a mold issue in their crawlspace and knott’s property restoration came to their aid immediately. they scheduled an inspection the same week and they were ready to start work as soon as possible. they were very patient and informative with my mother who had a lot of questions. both of my parents loved the crew that came out!

Eli was the absolute best. I had him do the entire staircase and one of the bedrooms of my townhouse and he finished in about 20 minutes. He didn’t rush. He just locked in and got the job done. He is also a total sweetheart. Kery the receptionist is awesome as well. She remembered me by name when I had to call back and get some information. This is my second time using Knott’s and again they overdelivered. They have customer for life in me.

My service provider for carpet cleaning was Jesse. He was professional, friendly, competent, and thorough. Great job!

We had some water make its way into our basement with the recent heavy rainfalls, leaving our basement carpets soaked with water. I called Thomas's Carpet Cleaning and the owner was so kind and helpful to not only get us pencilled into the schedule asap for extracting the water and carpet cleaning, but to also offer recommendations on other trustee companies to get in touch with about prevention of water collecting near the house. Thankyou sir!
Our technician, Jachob, was also a stand up guy. He was kind, professional, explained the process to complete the job and was thorough with his work. We are so glad we chose you guys and thanks for doing an outstanding job! Would definitely recommend.

Thomas carpet cleaning is great. His crew is awesome and I’d highly suggest anybody to use them. Ask for Jachob he makes my carpet look better then when we installed them.

Thomas, Nate, the gentlemen working & the ladies in the office were all wonderful & super communicative during my fire restoration. They all made a tough & sad process run as smoothly as possible. The service and all communications were prompt, professional & satisfactory. Their prices were also more reasonable than other quotes I received. All of their suggested subcontractors were also great. I can’t thank them enough! ❤️

We needed carpet cleaned on a VERY short timeline due to moving into a house where it had not been done. I inquired online and received a response back via email almost immediately and a phone call first thing the next morning. They worked us in the next day and were very clear in their communication regarding time and expectations. They were flexible when I forgot to mention I wanted the stairs cleaned as well. Roger did a great job and was clear about some spots that might not come clean, and I know he tried his best to get them out. He was also great in communicating his timeline for arrival and departure. Office staff were great with making payment over the phone since our internet service hadn't been connected yet. Overall, I'd recommend this company and use them again (especially since they give you a coupon for another service, bonus!).
