Just a heads up.. we had water damage to our house we moved into maybe 2 years ago. This is AFTER Servpro came to fix it. Do not use them. They took out my nice kitchen and installed the cheapest products they could to pocket as much as they could. They’ve been claiming they’ll come back to fix the damage for 3 months now, after taking 9 months to finally fix it in the first place. They installed the broken sink that caused the problems in the first place to save money for them, not caring about their customers whatsoever.
They only did more damage than they started with.
They left hanging nails, broken wood, and loose wires when they were completely aware I have 2 infants in my home for 9 MONTHS. They stated we couldn’t touch or move anything because they needed evidence it’s where they left it when they came back, making my kitchen, dining room, and living room unlivable for again, 9 MONTHS.
They’re just waiting for us to forget about it but unfortunately I can’t do that when I’m about to sell my house. So thank you so much Eric from Servpro.
P.S. my insurance is moderating their proformance and have seen the abundance of texts over months claiming to come back on top of the damages. They’re just allowing Servpro to dig them a deeper hole.
Thankfully I had a warranty and they are finally getting us some answers and they’re attacking them back. But it has been a wayyyyy too long process.

To servpros comment: SERVPRO of Montgomery County id reach out if yall got back with us. Hope yall dont think this is a job finished. Still have yet to return or do any process. The only thing getting done is through our insurance, not your company. Don’t twist my words. I’d love for you to keep your word and come finish my kitchen before I have to pay out of pocket for a lawyer.

I live out in BFE Bumpus mills TN , i had a leaking pipe in my wall. Servpro staff came out pronto and diagnosed the problem. today two young men, Nathan and David came out and started water remediation , they where professional, timely and very personable! thank you!

A couple of weeks ago our home was hit by a tree in a windstorm at 5pm. Servpro was out that night until 3am boarding up our house to make sure it was secure and any further damage was avoided. Their mitigation services have been UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone on their team has been so over the top- I've never dealt with a company providing this type of customer service. From the initial service, applying tarps to the house in the days following , to checking in on our family the team here has shown they are prepared, well equipped, and most importantly- they genuinely care for their customers. Bobby, RJ, Jose, Bryan, and David have been a lifesaver for us! I'm sure I'm missing a couple of others(including the office staff), but they ALL deserve a raise. We will ALWAYS be a promoter of this business and will always trust them with any needs we have.

I am beyond grateful to SERVRPO of Montgomery County, not only for their support, dedication, professionalism and quick responses - but also - for listening so carefully, and reacting so compassionately when I am need of their help.

Boris is an incredible person! And I’m so fortunate to have met him. Twice now, I’ve worried about something being wrong at my home, and both times, he has eased my mind, taken the time to explain everything, and solved the issues. He knows it all! And his presence is calming.

A tree fell on my house during this ice storm. Adam braved the snow and ice. He arrived FAST and assessed our roof, siding, gutters, and where the tree punctured our roof. Him and his team are already solving our problem and we are very happy we called!

I cannot recommend Servpro enough! Denis and Yobany took a very stressful situation for myself and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently to remove water damage to my home. They were very friendly. The only negative, if you can call it that, was that I wasn’t sure when they would arrive this morning but they arrived at a very reasonable time. Will highly recommend this company.

Denis and his crew were great. They were 2.5 hours late to show up and no one let me know they were going to be. I had to call the office to find out.

Dennis was great! They cleaned everything up after the job like it was their own home. They were very thorough and tedious throughout the entire process and did great work! I would highly recommend the entire Servpro team!

Our dishwasher started leaking at night over the weekend. Water was all over our first floor, kitchen, and dripping into the crawl space. We called around Clarksville, and most companies said they could come out the next day at the earliest… but when I called Servpro, they were at my house in less than 1 hour. They made sure no more water was coming out and started drying everything the same night! I can’t believe it, but I actually got to sleep that night because I knew that the problem was getting solved. The Servpro team were super professional with me, my kids, my pets, and my insurance company. When they say 24/7 service, they mean it!

When my HVAC drain pan overflowed in my attic and water went everywhere! SERVPRO of Montgomery County was there fast and professionally! RJ was out quickly to assess the damage, JD and David on the mitigation team was out the same day to install equipment. Looking forward to working with Chad's restoration team to repair the dange as if it was never there. So far a great and easy experience with SERVPRO, give them a call!

Adam is a great resource here in Clarksville. We are happy to know that he’s here at the local Servpro for any cleaning, restoration, and construction needs for residential and commercial.
