These guys are AH-MAZING! From the beginning, David came by my house multiple times to get the right color match. When they arrived everyone was very friendly and professional! They had a lot to cover, as the build here was not level or cut right (see my review of 4 square home improvement) and now it looks so wonderful because they repaired damage done by the contractor as well as installed gutters and soffit! They also beat everyone else I called for a quote by a whole lot!

Great bunch of guys, they worked fast and did a great job. They replaced a bunch of my siding that was damaged in a storm and several pieces of gutter. I had no issues working with them and they were extremely responsive. I would definitely use them again and recommend them any time.

These hard-working guys broke off of a job to help me do a minor repair on my gutter. I will definitely be calling them in the future and I appreciate their hard work. Great guys! I Wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I had a great experience with GutterPro. David arrived on time for the initial consultation and quoted me a very good price to install gutters on my home. He gave me some great recommendations as far as placement and functionality. The guys that came to do the install were fantastic. They even installed rain chains for me that I had purchased on Amazon. Quick, efficient and the work quality is great. I will definitely use them for all my gutter needs.

Had a great experience with GutterPro this past summer! Communication with David was excellent, and they took on a unique job with some custom aspects to the work. Their crew showed up on one of the hottest days of the summer and they worked like machines. Very respectful and very reasonable prices as well. They returned to make some customer requested adjustments and made sure it was done right. Give these guys a call for sure!

I worked with Best Choice Roofing and GutterPROS for a new roof, gutters, and fascia flashing and the results speak for themselves. David, their sales rep, walked me through all the options I had and helped me pick excellent colors. He also made multiple trips out to help clarify little tweaks I wanted on the quote and worked with me on some odd requests such as an under porch gutter drainage system.
Their pricing was very competitive and all of their crews are employed not contracted.
The install crew was very friendly, timely, and clean. They were very flexible on scheduling - as soon as I had a roof install date they got me on the schedule to come out the day before to remove gutters and back the day after to install the new ones.
The product itself looks incredible, with the fascia metal making a huge modernization update to my house, the gutters all seamless, and the gutter guard so far is keeping out all of the fall leaves.
By far the best experience I have had with any construction work done on my home.

Let me start by saying. Robert and that crew were great. They were as laid back guys as you can ever meet. They were on time and they were fast. They took down the old and made new in no time I would definitely say to give them a call I don’t write many reviews. But they are very good.

Lots of issues…

It started with the company showing up with the wrong color gutters that we asked for, they also had no idea about a reconfiguration we requested that WAS relayed to them. I was working, so my wife who was under the weather and watching our daughter had to stop them from putting the wrong gutters on before it was too late.

Miscommunications happen, but for them to have no knowledge about ANYTHING related to our requests that were detailed and given was frustrating. The correct gutters and reconfiguration was rectified in the end.

GutterPRO displayed no care to look over the job once finished. Over 40 nails from the gutters that hung before were found strewed over the front of the house and driveway where we park our vehicles.

Unless found by me and my wife, a tire could have been popped, or our 2 year old daughter could have stepped on them. Not to mention possible lawnmower damage.

Also, a decent sized shred of old gutter they took off was found in the grass.

No one looked carefully to make sure the property was cleaned up.

The backyard gate was also left completely open without notifying us. (It was closed when they arrived.) We have a dog also that we let out the back door to use the bathroom, so an open gate would not have been the best situation. We would have appreciated them to leave things the way they found it :)

Most upsettingly, the ladders GutterPRO’s used to install the new gutters scratched and scraped the white paint off the columns in the front of the house. It is an older house, so we understand old paint and easy scratches. However, no one told us the damage was even done, even if it was noticed.

Besides the end results of the needed cleanup from their job and damaging the house, the gutters are very nice. We love the black gutters on the house. They were installed as needed and in a quick manner.

It all started with Dave. After I called he came out to the house right away to look at my gutters which sustained damage from all the ice. Albeit, the gutters were old, accompanied by painted fascia and soffit that wasn’t in bad shape, but it needed to be updated. After a phenomenal quote for having all of it replaced and/or covered in aluminum, he was able to get me on the schedule the next week. I added in having the wood paneling on the rear pop out windows covered with a new board and baton look and the garage frame done in aluminum as well.

Then Scott showed up with his team, Ronnie, Josh and more. They were an absolute pleasure to have here working on my house. Very respectful of my property and my dogs who were here as well. They did an amazing job giving the house a much needed facelift.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs new gutters, or fascia and soffit work done.

There is a reason their name is GutterPro!!!

Had some damage to my siding and needed gutters put on my shop. Jerry came out gave me a reasonable estimate and got the work done fast and well.

I am currently in litigation with this business. I hired Jerry Lewis from JR Roofing in Clarksville to install a metal roof on my house. After paying the deposit money for materials, 3 months of nothing done on the roof, he informed me that he spent the deposit money and was unable to buy the materials for the roof job. He spent the last 2 months avoiding me at all cost and now i'm having to go to small claims and had to hire another roofing company to do the job. Very shady, stay away at all costs!

Did my gutters for a garage very quickly and for a great price!

Edit: the gutters were not leveled. I asked them to come back multiple times and was told they would. They then stopped responding to me and I could see they read my messages. The initial install wasn’t bad but I’m not happy with the customer service.

Absolutely horrible, showed up almost at dark to do 220’ of gutter and should have just turned them right then, let them do the job, was a disaster, had them come to fix stuff and they only fixed the bare minimum. And honestly looked worse after the repair……. The repair of there own work that is. Unfortunately I paid them and never could get an answer back. Have been trying to contact for months with no response. This is the finished product of there work. So beware

my house flooded in the middle of the night and SERVPRO was able to quickly respond to the situation and assist with flood restoration. The service agent, Cesar A, was extremely helpful, professional, and offered excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you!

We are going through a tough situation. We went out to work and when we returned home the entire kitchen and part of the living room was flooded with water. A pipe broke and since the house was under water for a long time, there was a lot of damage. I thank Alexander for coming to help us. Thanks to him we now have calm and happy at home. I recommend them 100%

This review will be a long one. But it’s worth the read because I’m going to tell you how GREAT of a company SERVPRO of Montgomery County is!

Here it goes…

First time home owners here. And along with being homeowners you have to deal with the issues of your house yourself. No calling landlords! With that being said we live in Clarksville and with the heavy rain we had a couple of weeks ago, our basement got flooded! Worst day of our lives! Especially when our insurance said they won’t cover anything!

However, God blessed us with Servpro of Montgomery County! They have been nothing but a blessing in our lives since we contacted them! Ed was the first person who came out to look at our flooded basement. (He is a part of their mitigation crew) He literally stood in the 2” of water in our basement and told us he can get the water out and take our money today but it’s only going to happen again if we don’t get to the root of it. And he didn’t feel right doing that. He then gave us some advice of what we can do ourselves to try and alleviate the damages that has already been done. (Which meant my husband and I taking turns using the shop vac to get most of the water out, ALL NIGHT LONG!) We had non stop rain all day and all night! How fun! NOT! Ed was professional, friendly, helpful and treated us like human beings and not just another payday.

Next came Eric. (He’s a part of the reconstruction crew). He too was helpful, honest, and professional. He walked around our property to see what could be the cause and gave us again, ample advice.

Then comes Bobby and Melissa! They were the cherry on top! Bobby and Melissa is also a part of the mitigation side of things and they were extremely helpful! They understood that we wanted and needed to get our basement fixed but they also understood that money don’t grow on trees, well not our trees anyways!

Bobby did everything in his power to help us save money. Down to doing research on things we can get and do ourselves to bring the total cost of our mitigation and reconstruction down. Have you ever dealt with anyone who literally put the needs of their clients first before money? No? Yeah, that’s what I thought! SERVPRO of Montgomery County to the rescue!

In the midst of things and dealing with not only Bobby, Melissa, Ed and Eric. We also spoke a lot with Bill. And Bill was also very helpful and kind. He stayed connected with us the whole time, replied to our calls and emails at a timely manner if not instantly and made sure we spoke to the people we needed to speak to.

All in all. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO of Montgomery County! Not only did they help ease our stress they also restored my faith in humanity. If I could give them a thousand stars I would! Too bad Google only allows 5!

Seriously though, I don’t know what we would’ve done had we not have found SERVPRO of Montgomery County. They are amazing! My words can’t describe how amazing they are.

Now, I hope no one comes into issues with their home where they have to reach out to them but I AM saying if you do have issues. Contact SERVPRO of Montgomery County with no hesitation. They will take care of you! For sure!
