I had a pretty significant water mishap today. I called Servpro and it was such a great experience, given the circumstances. I was able to get someone on the phone right away after giving just a quick description of my issue and my contact info. to the operator. They had an assessment professional out to my house within 30 minutes! He did the assessment and his crew was out here, probably within 15 minutes to set up what was needed, after his assessment was complete. Everyone was very professional and helpful to answer all of my questions and to explain everything to me. It was so nice to have such a quick, caring company in such a stressful time. It really made all of the difference and helped reassure me that these things happen and it’ll be okay! I felt like I could breathe easy once they left! Thank you so much!

We had a great initial remediation visit due to a roof ice dam. JD and Gavin arrived late in the afternoon as their last stop of the day, yet treated us as if we were their first. They were professional, polite, and thorough, and they cleaned up completely before leaving. We truly appreciated their care and attention. Excellent service.

Peace of Mind! Adam set us up with an Emergency Response Plan so that we are taken care of in the event something happens at our commercial building. It’s great to know that he and Servpro are available 24/7. We had water issues at our previous shop which was a nightmare. I wish I knew Adam back then!

We won a free carpet cleaning from Best of Clarksville! The tech was quick and kind! Carpet looks great, can’t wait to use their services again.

Not impressed. Stains that were in carpet are still there. Took all of 20min for 3 rooms. I understand you don't move furniture, play pen though? Furniture was cleaned decent, still spots completely missed. They were on time and price wasn't to bad..

We will be selling a home soon and I was certain we would need to replace 4 rooms worth of carpet due to dark stains. Knott's did a wonderful job removing the stains and made the carpet look so good it no longer needs replacing! I will most definitely be using Knott's again.

I was told that I had to vacuum my floors before they would clean them or I would be charged double. I didn’t understand that when they have the equipment to vacuum and clean so I feel like they got over on me. They were there for less than 5 min and I was charged full price.
