Dealing with Mathew was extremely frustrating. He came to my home, presented what I felt was a fair and reasonable price, and I agreed to move forward. When I asked about scheduling, I received no follow-up communication. After waiting without a response, I had to call him myself to get on the schedule, which was set for Tuesday.

By Thursday, I still had not heard anything. I called again to ask about my appointment, and he casually said it would be “tomorrow.” At that point, I decided to cancel. While other companies quoted higher prices, the lack of communication and effort from the salesperson made me uncomfortable moving forward with them for installation work.

Professional communication matters, and unfortunately, that was missing here.
