Contacted them to have them come out to my house to give my a quote for a pool plug, I was told on two separate times they were coming out to my place, waited around and no one showed up. Not so much as a phone call saying they can’t make it or anything.

Amazing company with amazing staff! They’ve done various electrical projects for my company and never fail to save the day. I highly recommend OEP, LLC and will continue to use them for all my electrical needs.

I know y’all see my foodie craze, but WAIT…..This commercial electrical company is worth raving about. I volunteer in a near ancient building that’s being renovated to join this age. I say that only so you understand the level of detailed work required to provide power where we need it. I became an instant fan when this team showed up and went to work: professionally, quietly, and with true manners you don’t often see today. To have a business do what the say comes from rich core values that spread from team member to team member. Super efficient and most polite electricians I’ve ever met.

Okay, we got off to a rocky start. Things didn't go well for several months. But, everyone that I dealt with was very nice and accommodated our needs at the expense of the company. They did everything they could to make sure that the permit they pulled for us passed fhe electrical inspection. I'm happy with everyone and everything about this company. Actually I'm pretty impressed at how everything was handled. I would recommend them and use them again. Thanks to the entire staff!

Had their technician, Brandon, come out today and he was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. Had several variations of a quote worked up for us detailing all the items we requested as well as recommendations for additional upgrades and safety improvements.

Haven't decided on a plan yet so no work has been done, but so far we're super pleased with Mister Sparky.

UPDATE: Brandon is still amazing and we had him come out to do additional work. Seriously, he's fantastic. Punctual, informative, responsive, and his work quality is excellent. We ask for him specifically.

Had an amazing experience with Emmet today. I am in the process of selling my house and needed someone to come and verify everything was working and run down the issue of a bad outlet on the outside of my house. Emmet was polite and very knowledgeable. He ran down the issue and gave me a detailed verification list for the new buyers. Thank you so much for your hard work today Emmet!

Overall inspection and service was amazing. We opted for the semi annual inspection for our HVAC and the electrical was included in the bundle. It’s worth every dollar.

Emmet was very polite as always. He and his work partner are very neat and did a very good job. They give me a feeling of satisfaction on the work that they do. I definitely would recommend Emmet and his work partner for any electrical job.

Patrick, came into my home and diagnosed the issue with my smoke detectors. He quickly gave me two different estimates. I picked the estimate with the three year warranty and Patrick went to work. He kept me informed on what he was doing and he changed out all 7 of my smoke detectors. He asked if I had any questions and I said no and he was on his way. Patrick was very prompt and professional in dealing with our smoke alarm problem. The continuous alarm soundings on all seven of our smoke alarms was very irritating and alarming until Patrick came to our house and narrowed down our problem. The electrician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came to our home after hours and were extremely patient as we coordinated with the power supplier. He was willing to coordinate on our behalf with the engineers and they managed sort the whole issue out. We are very grateful and appreciative of their expertise and would recommend them.

Sent an inquiry to Mr. Sparky asking about services and availability. Sydney called and left me a message answering my questions, I called back and scheduled. They had great availability, and Sydney called / sent message reminding me of the appointment date and time. Mr. William Hunt showed up very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose our issue and quickly fixed it. Mr. Hunt answered some questions that we had about outlets not working.. and just like that was quickly done. I most definitely will recommend Mr. William Hunt / Mr. Sparky!! Customer Service is Beyond Amazing!! Thank you guys!!

Updating review. PW and Kyle did a yearly walk-through, were extremely knowledgeable and put up with my many questions. I have a great idea which direction to go with upcoming projects, and they gave me the contact info for their partnered project manager to help if I get hung up on any details. They were absolutely fantastic, and I have to say they deserve all 5 of 5 stars. I still highly recommend them!

William did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. He explained what he was going to do to complete the job. Was able to get my estimate and job completed the same day, which was awesome because we needed the job done asap. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing electric repairs or projects done.

Did the inspection and gave us the options and what he would recommend. Estimate was reasonable for the work needing done. Will be following through with the repair.

We had such a great experience here at the house. Both representatives were very professional. They covered their shoes and we’re just so nice to my mom. Also, there was a small issue that we needed addressed, but they left. However, we called and they came back immediately. They spent an additional hour at the house and they left without even charging us extra. How great was that?!!!!!! We recommend this professional personable business to everyone in Clarksville. We are just so happy with their service and their knowledgeable technicians ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

***UPDATE***
After the quotation process, we moved forward with installation and Emmett and his colleague (Ben, I think? Sorry for forgetting) did an excellent job. There were a lot of lights we had to get installed and they took care of everything. From removing and disposing the old lights, to assembling and installing the new fixtures, and cleaning up all the incidental mess that comes with install jobs, they both did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky for light installation and all electrician needs.

I needed a quote for installing several lights around the house, and after filing out a quick form online I was scheduled for an on-site appraisal. Emmett was able to get scheduled the next day and he was very professional and helpful while reviewing the work we were looking to get done. He prepared a quote for us quickly and provided all the information I needed to take the next steps. We haven't pulled the trigger yet on getting the work done, but from a quote/appraisal standpoint, Mr. Sparky is a great company to work with.

William Hunt did a remarkable job. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us solve a problem that has been ongoing for years now. We were very impressed with this company and especially Mr. Hunt. Recommend them 100%.

As an electrician myself I can assure Emmett was definitely qualified, professional and efficient! Very knowledgeable in all the trick questions I threw his way. I appreciate him coming to take a second look at our home in case I missed anything and we agreed everything was in good shape but a surge protector would be beneficial. However, being I am an electrician I will install that one myself lol Thank you again Emmett and look forward to seeing you in the future.
