Replaced smoke alarms with 10 year battery alarms. Technician was friendly and had them all changed out in no time. Very pleased.

Emmett and Larry from Mister Sparky were both very professional and courteous. They arrived quickly and listened intently to my concerns. They inspected my equipment and wiring and gave me an honest quote. Not only did they resolve my issue in the same day but they are the only people who I feel did an honest and accurate assessment. Very happy with their service.

The team was on time, professional and friendly. The lost star is because they did not have the lights they were supposed to install, nor were they able to complete the other two punch list items. But they did a great job on the three items they completed.

Patrick was amazing! He explained everything in detail and gave me several options. Their pricing is great as well. Definitely bringing them back for more work in the future.

Emmitt Washington is an excellent customer service specialist and does very thorough, professional work. He is awesome and I always ask for him by name. He installed two matching light fixtures for me, one of which was a difficult install. Great job!

We had our entire 1950’s house completely rewired. We added all new lighting and additional outlets as well. Mr. Sparky did an amazing job! They were on time, communicated, always kept me informed and cleaned up when they were done for the day. Emmett and Larry did a great job. I’m completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company. I tried to get multiple quotes and other companies wouldn’t show up nor call me back. Mr Sparky is the best.

I initially called another company that claimed to offer 24/7 service but was informed it'd be a couple days before someone could come out to my residence.

We needed a main breaker replacement and Mr. Sparky guaranteed me same day service but was assured it may be after hours.

To my surprise, I received a visit within 2hrs and had my electricity restored immediately after their arrival.

My family is very grateful for Mr. Sparky's prompt and quality service. I couldn't imagine going two days without power in 30 degree Fahrenheit temps.

My power went out, which is never fun, and I had to call an electrician. After calling around for quotes, Mr. Sparky offered the best price, especially with their veterans discount. Honestly, they were super professional and knew exactly what they were doing. It was such a relief to get it fixed quickly and efficiently!

Allen did a great job installing the surge protector for the whole house electrical system. Previous to Allen’s excellent work, Preston had come to the rescue completing work that had been abandoned by another company. We were impressed by both Allen’s and Preston’s professionalism, skill, knowledge and positive approach to both their work and seemingly, their lives in general. Hey y’all the technician who was sent to us was TONY. He went above and beyond to earn a FIVE star rating!! We had three LED modern lights installed two in our kitchen one in the living room. He finished within 30 minutes installing the lights. Giving us information on LED that we would have never knew about. His hospitality was through the roof. We had Tony wire up our new range hood vent. He had to reposition the existing electrical outlet in order for the vent fan cord to reach. I would never have thought of doing this but it worked out great.
Prior to this I was just about ready to install under cabinet LED puck lights, the kind you buy at the big box stores. When I mentioned this to Tony he suggested under cabinet LED light strips instead. I agreed and he proceeded to do a super neat installation of them. The LED light strips were very bright and we could see each light reflected in the counter top. Tony thankfully had a solution for that and placed compact diffuser covers over the light strips. It now looks beautiful and professional. Thanks Tony and Dunn Electrical Service.

Electrical technician arrived with helper and installed replacement GFIC outlets to existing electrical system. System is ungrounded wiring. Replacements brought system into compliance with code. All outlets labeled with tags. Lead technician was very knowledgeable and thorough . He explained process as work was being performed. I will recommend him for future work if given the opportunity.
