Excellent experience with Dunn Electric! We’ve been customers for many years, and Allen aims to keep it that way with his professionalism and quality of work. He explained the complete process and kept us informed step by step, keeping our final cost and estimate the same. He even arrived well before our scheduled time which was perfect for us! We truly appreciate both Allen and Preston’s communication and attention to detail as they worked in and around our home even in the scorching heat and humidity. We couldnt ask for them to be any neater in the work area, nor could we ask them to be less disruptive while working. We also feel much safer knowing potential electrical issues have been prevented by Allen’s keen observation.

Preston and Allen were so very professional and very efficient with installation of my Tesla Wall Charger. They shared information about their whole home surge protector and they were able to install the vice at my home on the spot. I am also considering the purchase of an DES generator interlock system. Preston and Allen both represented Dunn Electrical Services very well.

Allen and Jacob were here for over 4 hours! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, explaining what I needed and why. Ended up with a lot of work being done for the estimate given. Absolutely excellent this is my 2nd time calling Dunn to get Nema 14-50 outlets installed for my 2 Tesla’s they offer same day service when available and today was great 1hr install worth the money and peace of mind … the second photo is the first install they did at my old house the. The 1st photo is the work from today.

I was very impressed with the service I received this passed Tuesday from this company! Everyone over the phone to the young man who came to my home! They were all very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns!! Seth was my service man. I told him what happened with my outlet for my stove And my concern about it not being secured to wood. He saw the problem, took the outlet off and explained why it sparked and gave me 3 option on how it could be fixed. He was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I feel great about what was done and his work was excellent!! I feel like the price for the job and service call was very fair! I would highly recommend them to anyone and when I need electrical work done again.I know who to call!!!

Had an electrical issue that needed professional attention. Contacted DES, because they had done work at our church before. Seth and Wyatt came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty parts within 30 minutes. I was very impressed by their professionalism. The cost was more than reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Only issue I had is that Seth is a Dallas Cowboys fan. NY Giants all day.

10/10 WILL use again, they were fast l, courteous, professional and had the job that was originally intended done quick then solved another problem that that had been in the electrical. I found out about Dunn Electrical Service through a friend of mine. I am having a 4 seasons room built and I wanted the wiring done by a professional. Within the same week, Allen came out to give me an estimate and today he and Conner ran four new regular outlets and one for the ac/heater unit that will be installed. They both are highly professional and knowledgeable. Every step was explained and executed. I feel very satisfied that I will have zero issues.

Seth and Miguel were awesome! They were patient, great communication, and pricing was fair. They listened to my concerns and were able to move over my light to be even with the room. I was given different options that I could do to cover the hole. I never felt rushed and they truly cared. They will definitely be my go to for all my future electric needs!
