Travis Electrical Service has been amazing to work with, again. From the first phone call into the office to the last guy out the door, they are courteous, efficient, thorough, etc. They will be my first call every time! I highly recommend Travis Electrical Service!

We had a dryer outlet go bad on Sunday, called to have repairs made, and Travis Electric sent Nate Holter out right away Monday morning. Nate has been here 2 times before. He is very professional and polite. (he even had to listen to my Chi's bark at him the whole time) and did not seem to mind! When I need electric work done again, I will request Nate. He was amazing!!

Travis Electrical Service recently installed an electrical outlet in our home. Nate was an excellent technician and provided excellent service. He explained everything he was going to do and did an outstanding job. We are very happy with his performance and the outlet is professionally installed.

We had a rough experience when we had a vanity installed by a local company. The install team drilled into our electric lines in multiple places. Howie from Travis Electrical came out to assess and fix the issue. He did an amazing job! He was so informative, communicative and personable. We felt he was efficient and quick as well, but while still maintaining care and professionalism. I’d highly recommend him if you are in need of an electrician!

Forrest did an exceptional job for me, absolutely amazing! He did a thorough check of all my electrical around the house, spent hours trying to fix outlets and also installed a new kitchen light fixture. He would tell you himself that I was so happy after that was done, I can actually see in my kitchen! He was wonderful, and I would highly highly highly recommend him and the company itself was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much!

Had Brian Smith out to help me with some smart switches I couldn’t figure out how to install. He got it done quick and had me test it all to ensure it worked to my satisfaction.

I had a positive experience with Travis Electrical Service. I’m a female and I live alone. I have to count on using services like this one and sometimes you just don’t know if you are being taken advantage of for many reasons. I had an outdoor outlet fixed, my back security light replaced, Nate had to troubleshoot an indoor wiring issue I had in my living room, and I had a serge protector put in for my house. Daniel assisted Nate. Both technicians gave me my space and were respectful. The work was professional and I’m pleased. I will use them again!

I had two kitchen outlets that stopped working, and after doing everything I was comfortable with, I still couldn’t fix the issue. I called Travis Electrical Service, and from the very first interaction I was impressed. The receptionist was polite, informative, and clearly explained what to expect—from scheduling the appointment, to the technician’s arrival, the estimate, and job completion.

I was provided with the technician’s name and photo, and even had the ability to track his location while he was on the way, which was a great touch.

Nate, the technician, arrived right on time and thoroughly explained the steps he would take. He made it clear that it would be my decision whether to proceed once the estimate was provided. I accepted the estimate and also decided to add surge protection to further protect my home.

Nate found the issue very quickly and went above and beyond by checking additional areas to ensure everything was safe and working properly. He had everything back up and running in very little time. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.

Travis Electrical Service should be proud—Nate represented the company exceptionally well. I will absolutely be using this company from here on.

I am supremely impressed by Travis Electrical, specifically Nate, the electrician that they sent out. He and his apprentice Colby both did really great work. They were timely, efficient, took great care with all the work they did. They were kind, helpful, and answered my endless questions with a smile. Highly recommend!!

The service was phenomenal. The company gives you a small window of arrival times and you know exactly who is coming with a photo. Mike was the tecnician that helped us fix some faulty outlets and troubleshoot a wall switch. He was prompt, friendly, and very skilled. Found and fixed the issues in no time. My only hangup with giving a full five stars is that it was kind of pricy. I will be calling them for my next job.

Travis electric recently replaced my electric panel after my wall outlet was found to be melting and starting to burn. They went above and beyond with their work, including taking the time to take over 25 pictures of the job for the insurance company and doing everything they possibly could to get my insurance company to cover the cost, with the exception of the surge protector I chose to have installed and the membership with Travis. After the work was complete they even sent a surprise thank you gift for choosing them. Everyone who I encountered who worked for the company was fantastic in their customer service as well. I could not be happier with my experience with them!!

I needed an outlet installed on my garage for an EV. Dustin from Travis Electrical did a great job. He was prompt, friendly, and up front on the work he was going to perform. I appreciate his honesty along with guiding me on the requirements for the EV so I wouldn't have an issue in the future.

David and Harrison were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. Most impressive was how clean there work was. The conduit was plum and the romex runs were very well done.
